This course has recently received an "upgrade" to the clubhouse, (I liked it better the way it was) and also new greens and irrigation. Its long from the tips but has plenty of forward tees. The layout is mostly flat on the front side but does have big elevation changes on the back. Theres out of bounds on 17 holes, all to the left over the fence into the woods or backyards...... A hookers nightmare but a slicers heaven. I perfected my slight draw here with many trips into the woods. Theres a few holes with water crossing fairways. ...a forced carry that toppers dread. There are zero bunkers but all in all this course will challenge your length. It plays alot shorter when fairways are firmer in the summer, of course. Greens are usually good to great but rarely perfect no doubt to it being a city course and the staff they employ. Hire golfers to work at a golf course and it would be so much better. I gave it four stars because of that.
