This is a fun track with lots of open areas adjacent to fairways, so you can easily find an errant tee shot and continue. Early morning rates are lower than most other metro courses...worth the extra 10 minute drive. Excellent driving range and larger than normal buckets for the cost. Unlike other reviews, we found the staff to be professional and friendly. This is a challenging course and was in great contition. Greens are good sized ,so any decent second shot has a good chance of getting on. As with all golf courses, its the responsibility of all groups to keep pace with the group in front of them- nobody likes slow players. Slow players should let groups behind them play through.

Went to Heritage on 08/06/11, 2 foursomes. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude checking us in, as another person reviewing said. Then when we were on hole 17, another person from the course drove up to us and yelled at us stating we were at 5 and a half hours, when we were at 4 and a half. He then yelled "pick it up!" and then went to our second group and did the same thing. We finished about 30 minutes behind pace, which none of us felt warranted that. None of us will ever go here again, and I certainly will advise anyone else i talk to not to go to this course. Ridiculous treatment of customers. Ive never experienced anything like it at another golf course.

The golf course is overall well maintained but has the opportunity to improve. For example, the yardage distances indicated on the scorecard are inaccurate. In addition, there are no distance markers on the course except for the 150 yardage marker. I was also quite disappointed that there were no water coolers on the course, considering it was close to 90 degree outside today. The course itself is average in difficulty. Fairways are wide open, but marsh creeks and water hazards are located throughout the course, which is why certain holes are quite challenging. Greens are in great condition, but lack slope.

Great course! Our family really enjoyed playing 18 holes here. It is also the best venue in the area for parties or receptions. Brett Martinson prepares all the food from scratch and it is delicious!! He has an extensive list of options available and there is nothing "pre-packaged". He was a delight to work with in the planning of the event and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Everyone working at the course was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Heritage Links for golf or an event.

I give it 2 stars because it is a nice challenging layout, and theres where my positive comments end. Management on this course is terrible. Whether it be monitoring pace of play, which is killing golf, enforcing golf etiquette or the overall performance of the grounds crew they need to take a serious reflection of self. Slow groups not encouraged or forced to allow people to play through and poorly kept bunkers and fairways. I would never pay the $55 normal price to play this course.

Not impressed for the drive. Everyshot is blind. A course like that can be fun, but not every single shot other than par 3s. You have no idea where the ball is landing until you drive up, and see water water, and some marsh. The rangers didnt help with keeping people on pace. Our tee time was at 9:27, and we ended at 2:45... We waited at every tee box for at least 10 min, Every hole is ontop of each other too. I for sure wouldnt do that course again.

Great Gem in always Beautiful Lakeville MN, Course was in Spectacular condition, especially with all the Monsoon rains days before. Fairways are Big & great condition and the Greens were very well kept, Greens are tough with all, undulations or Twists and turns. Makes for a fun day of golf. Id Tee it if your near. Fast round 3 half hours with all people on the course. Great pace. Friendly Staff. Thank you Heritage Links.

This golf course is a challenge every time I tee it up. The new Superintendent is doing a great job with the golf course. The greens are running fast and smooth. They are also fixing their bunkers, thats a good thing because over the last couple years they have gotten bad. I really like the course, I like the improvements being made, I like the people that work there. No complaints.

Rolling hill course. If you hit a straight, long drive there is no guarantee it was a good drive. Walk up some hills and water hazards will surprise you. So have to pay a lot of attention to course map. Overall seemed to be a well maintained course. There was one pretty rough green.

Agree with the Brett Martinson comment, my experience has been the same. This course is great for those who like to hit half their shots to a blind location. Its also fantastic for those who like to dodge golfballs as the people behind you are also hitting blind shots into you.

Golfed at Heritage on 7/12/13 and it was the worst course I have played in a long time. The fairways were rock hard and the greens were like concrete. This course doesnt believe in water, it seems like they have not watered the fairways in 2. Not worth the price.

This is a good course. Seems like they are taking a little better care of it these days. It can be a frustrating course if your not very good though. Tight fairways and lots of danger spots. Overall a good experience and a good value.

Used a discounted pass to play so really got a good price....under $30 with cart. Lots of opportunities to lose balls in the water here but overall the course was in good condition and a great value given the discount.

Green fee is $70 for week days. It is a very nice course and well managed.
