We had two tee times of mid twenty adults and some had the PCC membership and a few did not and paid full weekend rate, everyone paid to have a cart. The staff was rude and obviously didnt know how to work the system as the two workers couldnt figure out how to run a credit card. When we were teeing off we were told to keep the carts on the path... one of carts in our group had 1 tire in the grass. I asked if they had signs on the course for carts to go to the path and was told, "37 feet as that is common knowledge." Note that the back of the score card did notify it was 30 feet. Clearly we were targets as no one under 39 was on the course. I was going to have a good time and buy some beers and enjoy the day, but with the unreal customer service I saved my money. The course. It was green and that is the last positive thing I can say. Blind greens with 5 hole flags, one of the flags was broken and the number flag fell off. The only maintained sand trap was out of play. The fairways had no distinctions of rough or second cut. Cart paths were rutted. Pace of play was horrible, the Ranger talked to us one time to tell us that no gaps existed. We were right on the heels of the group in front of us and still managed to keep up and in most cases waiting on a 4 some playing from the tips with 5 people in our group as a few could only play nine hole. Next time I will spend my money at a course with a simple greeting of hello or thank you.

Played there today with a 4 some and finished in under 4 hours. Course was in nice condition and the greens were solid had a great round until around hole 12. It was at this hole that the ranger started following our group and then proceeded to tell us to pick up the pace. We told him we were under the advised time of play on the course recommended scorecard. He responded by saying he didnt not care about the time only about the gap infront of us (which was only a gap because two of the foursome infront of us stopped playing). Once again we finished a round of 18 with a foursome in 4 hours. We then pointed out again that we were on pace with the recommended times per hole and he told us to "quit arguing over the menutiae and pick up our pace" The group of 5 behind us had no problem with our pace and when we went to speak to the GM about it after our round he was dismissive and told us there was nothing he could do. The GM clearly has no customer service skills or business etiquette. My recommendation is if you want to spend money on a round of golf and enjoy your day, drive down the road and play at Hollydale where the staff is much more courteous and friendly

Really easy course. Slow greens. I believe 3 bunkers on the course. None are in play. Played here a few times a week never was able to get 9 holes finished in less than 2.5 hours. Overbook tee times and always allow 5-6 somes. Hence why I stopped playing there.

Not a good experience. Spoken to by the ranger about our pace of play, even though we were well ahead of pace on their scorecard. They were only concerned about the gap. Found the GM to be a bit condescending and lacking cust. service skills

Wish i could give it 0 stars. Terrible course. Grass is always patchy and brown and the greens are just as bad. Im starting to wonder if they even have a grounds crew. Take your money to a course that cares about its customers.

Shamrock is a great course near 494 and Bass Lake Road. The course is kept in good condition and carries an average slope and rating. The staff at Shamrock are very welcoming.

Nice course, friendly staff, easy to book with the pretty slick online system, very accommodating, and in good shape. Plus, I shot a nice round which always helps the reviews!

The course plays great, but they stack groups too close together, the clubhouse attendant is rude as hell, and the only bathroom facility I saw was on the sixteenth hole....

Shamrock is already in great shape this year and it is easy to get to from anywhere in the west metro. The pace of play is always very fast and the layout is fun

Like the course. Not happy double/triple stacking groups on same start time. Chaos from the start.

Good course, not extremely challenging but very good course conditions, fun to play
