How can they be proud to call this a golf course? The maintenance is probably the worst in the metro. Greens dry and dead, goose droppings everywhere, fairways are dead, rough clippings everywhere, and the bunkers are unplayable. They are full of rocks! Clearly no pride taken in maintaining the course. The staff in the clubhouse is rude. They act like it is a burden for us playing there. My cart died halfway through my round and I never received a new cart after calling the pro shop. I highly recommend you STAY AWAY! There is so many other fantastic courses in the south metro and this is not one of them!

Absolutely TERRIBLE, our cart dies on hole 15. Call clubhouse 9 times to see if we can get a charged cart, to have voicemail FULL not excepting messages. So I grab my wifes bag and mine and start the journey to the clubhouse. 87 degrees out and very humid. Get to clubhouse walk in door and called again, no answer, no one at counter. Reason for no on at counter was both back at bar talking, probably same reason nobody answered phone for approximately 27 minutes, nice thing about phones they no when you made 1st call & last call. Id do zero stars but wont let me.

I would have enjoyed this course more if it were better cared for. Its nearly June, but many fairways had winter kill. The pockmarked greens were full of unrepaired ball marks. Someone ruined one green by driving a cart over it. The course features short par fours surrounded by water. Youre forced to play smart by hitting 3 wood or long iron into position. Those are balanced by a few longer holes. Water and bunkers defend many of the fast, sloping greens. Course is a fun challenge that could easily improve above 3 stars with some TLC.

This is a fun course that will surprise you. Big hitters have to lay off the driver and learn to hit a shorter tee shot to set up a safer approach that takes out some hazards. Course is in great shape and the owner, John, gets customer service and takes care of you. I brought a group of men from my church out in June and he and the staff did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed. This course is worth the drive into the southern metro.

I did enjoy this course, can definitely play it well if you hit good long irons as you are forced to lay up on several holes. My big issue was the condition of the fairways. They were bone dry, had dust kick up when you hit a tee shot and got 50 yards or more of roll on some holes. Rolled straight off of at least 2 fairways. It was like hitting the car path. Wouldnt be surprised if a few of them are toast for the season.

Nice course, fair prices. Very few amenities in clubhouse.golf shop. Homeowners along the course get upset when people hit their houses along the course with golf balls. Which is a lot like the people who buy a house under the airport and complain about the noise of the jets. Great neighborhood to trick or treat, just watch out for the drunk drivers. Everybody here seems to be a heavy drinker.

The course has really fallen off from where it was 3 years ago. Weeds growing in the sand traps, dead grass everywhere, divots in the greens, 1 rake in huge traps so no one rakes them, tee boxes that are almost all dirt and goose poop everywhere. Luckily I had a Groupon for $26 for 18 and a cart or it wouldnt have been worth it. Hopefully they get a new grounds keeper to turn this course around.

The course is so so. The greens are unpredictable and the layout is obsurd. It doesnt have an identity as what kind of course it is. Staff wasnt overly friendly and felt like they were doing us a favor letting us play there. We had a threesome because a guy from our group couldnt make it and they sorta chastised us for only being a threesome like we put them out.

Play as last resort. Design is OK, but is sandwiched in a development and marsh lands so hooked ate very tight. Greens and fairways in decent condition, but the amount of goose poop is disgusting. Apparently raking bunkers, filling divots and repairing ball marks are optional for the locals. There are much better options to choose from than this course.

Very long course so make sure to bring your woods. Challenging and fun holes in the back 9. Lost two stars due to the inexperienced bartender at the turn holding up 3 groups and ruining the pace of play for the second half.

Not the strongest golfer, wasnt all that close to getting dark then one of our carts died so we called the clubhouse to have them bring a New one, then the manager said "hustle up" wont be coming back here.

I really liked the layout of this course. Its not a very difficult course but has a lot of everything . Good price . Nice course for a small town and very close to 35W

Well taken care of. Very challenging course with water hazards on many holes. Didnt get a 5 because some of the bridges for the carts seem borderline unsafe.

Worth the drive from Minneapolis. Course is in great condition. Very narrow fairways- straight drive or she gone.
