The fact that it had a DJ was surprisingly given the fact that the (music, if you want to call it that ) was horrible!!!!! I really wanted to say something nice about it Buuuuttttt i cant! Its the first time for me and unless i hear that that DJ is NOT there, well Ill "maybe" give it a try.... Maybe. I went there after hearing From Wdet and frankly if this is what that bar thinks is what the public wants then i suspect that in a short time itll be short lived, sad but true it has all the potential of being a great place B UT. The owner needs to have his or her mgr get a NEW djjjjjjjj.

Theyve got great shows here from time to time. Theres ample parking and a security guard monitors all of the nearby vehicles. Their drinks are great. Theres a little bit of seating in a lofted area, but otherwise its a standing room. It does get really hot in there, regardless of the season. So wear layers. Also, there are some people here who definitely dont get show etiquette and will hands down push a ton of people out of the way just to get up front. Its super awkward, but itll probably happen so just be ready for that.

Dont judge a book by its cover. The bar was pleasantly well appointed inside compared to its exterior. Pros: It was a nice venue for the MOTH and felt like an intimate blackbox theater. Cons: It was extremely muggy inside. The bathroom door downstairs en route to the smokers patio was very hard to open. They didnt have sparkling wine available so I had the bartender improvise my drink order. Parking seemed sketch.

Had fun at their soul stomp events. However, a month ago I went I spent 12 on drinks they charged my card 20. I didnt save the receipt thought eh these things happen. Then again last night they did the same thing. And they did the same thing to my friend as well who should have been charged 13. Scam!

Its a cool, well decorated spot. The bar service is generally pretty fast. My only complaint is the bathroom situation. Theres not enough toilets for how big the crowd usually is here. They should put a partition up between the urinal and toilet in the mens room so people make use of both.

New home to The Moth story slam. A few blocks from the local recycling center and a major hospital. No neighbors to complain about the noise. Walk across the threshold into a techno dream. Tap from motor city to PBR. The outdoor patio in camouflage and LED palm trees. Food?

A Great clean, well decorated, 3 bathroom-holding new bar. Beautiful upper level with Michigan made vintage furniture. Charming with a huge, long dance floor. Great bartenders serving blakes cider. Keep an eye on your car and park close. Really exciting new spot.

Fantastic venue in Detroit especially with the fixes to the back patio in the summer. Great drink choices that are not over priced and normally pretty good musical acts. Should definitely be a part of your regular rotation for the summer.
