We went Big Rock to see if we wanted to book it for our wedding. Dinner was overpriced, but we stuck around to have drinks in the martini/cigar bar upstairs. Thats where things went from mediocre to awful. To make a long story short: we were kicked out of our seats not once, but twice! Once b/c the owner showed up and wanted our couch. He also flouted MI law regarding minors in bars after 9pm when he brought his ~10 year old daughter to the table with him. The second time we were moved b/c the place was filling up and the staff didnt think two people deserved an entire couch. Add on top of that the incompetent DJ who accidentally blasted the room with earsplitting decibels 3 times, and youve got one pretty pathetic establishment. Needless to say, we are not booking our wedding at Big Rock.

Was there for my professional groups meeting. Food was awesome. So was service. Impressive interior seating arrangements. Unfortunately the big TV (for presentation) stopped working in the middle of the lecture!!
