When I read the reviews and noticed alot were saying there is no bad seat In the place i was skeptical. However the seat I had was a better view then if i had the same seat at the Td Garden. My veiw was almost floor veiw thats how close I was. Expecting to be alot further back. Not only that but it appeared a little more clean (halls) and unlike the Td Garden have drink holders at the Seats. 16 Oz can of bud was only 6.75 plus tip so I spent around 16 for 2 which isnt bad at all for an event. Parking was 20 (ehh) and only complaint was how ridiculously unorganized the parking garage exit was while dealing with the influx of customers leaving simultaneously. That isnt the fault of the venue though. Great experience seeing the WWE Draft in Worcester. My roommate loved it(veiw and refreshment cost) so much she said its worth the trip to cone here instead of the Td Garden.

Was there for Massive Comic Con. DCU staff were beyond unhelpful. Im disabled and was in a wheelchair and had bought my ticket on Groupon. Went to box office and they told me to go to entrance gate and show my code in app. Navigated through the mass of people to the entrance only to be told I need to bring it to box office window! Someone on con staff helped me bring it back to get scanned and they finally let me in. Few hours later, I go to head out with a friend for lunch at Unos and they wouldnt let me out the front exit, telling me I had to go back through entrance gate and out entrance doors. Staff were curt and unhelpful and entire setup was nonsensical, particularly for someone in a wheelchair.

The price is right, and parking is plentiful and cheap if youre willing to walk a few blocks. (DONT park in the garages across the street, youll be waiting hours to get out) The place also has one or two interesting food options. But by and large this place is a dump. The bathrooms are FAR too small for a venue this size, there is only a single concourse which means there are MASSIVE overcrowding problems, its nearly impossible to navigate around all of the people waiting on concessions and bathrooms. Finally be very wary of sitting at the back of the 200 sections, there are a significant number of HIGHLY obstructed views.

Being a Worcester resident I have been to the DCU Center a a number of times for sporting events, concerts and other entertainment. Since its remodel , the DCU is a beautiful and functional building for a multitude of events. Theres ample parking in the area and its easy to get to off the highway. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I had one complaint it would be the placement of some of concessions and merchandise tables. Some are in smaller hallways and it can cause gridlock with crowds. Most recently saw the final Worcester performance of Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus.

First time there and it was easy to get around. Seats were comfortable and I dont think youd get a bad seat in the place. No parking garage of their own...so you either get lucky and find street parking or use the garage right across the street. This event had a flat $25 rate which you had to pay versus their normal 12-24 hour rate which was considerably cheaper. Boo! The plus side being your car is protected...ish. That night in particular there was a pretty decent storm...so I guess its worth a peace of mind.

Not a good venue at all! Very scarce parking! Had to wait in an enormous 40 minute line in the elements to get in, was late for show! Loud respetitve announcement loop was continuously played outside while in line "reminded me of 1984 "the book"! Not very clean. Staff was rude and disorganized in relevance to seating. I would not recommend this venue to anyone who desires to enjoy a positive entertainment experience! My recommendation is to improve venue or shut this dump down!

The mall is huge, my only complaint is the restrooms. I was at this mall during an RV show and stopped into this restrooms to change my toddler daughters diaper and was extremely disappointed to find the male restrooms did not have a charging table in them and if they had I would not have been comfortable using it because of how dirty the restrooms where. The mall stores are great but if you need a restroom its worth holding it and going somewhere else.

Was here for New England vegfest 2016, they did not have any water fountains available upstairs and blocked off a route to one just down the hall and told me to go from the top floor to the ground floor to get water. plenty of seating for the speakers and a lot of vendors. unlike the NYC vegfest everything here was vegan.

The show was great and the venue was nice, but getting out of the parking garage is taking forever. Its 1 hour after the show and we havent even backed out of our spot yet. It will probably be 30 minutes before we can pay our $25 parking fee. Ill think twice before going to another show at the DCU Center.

Went here for the 2016 VegFest. Pretty lousy place, but the gathering was great. The staff from the DCU center were pretty rude at times, and didnt handle crowds too well. The small area they gave for the Vegfest was crammed beyond capacity. Very unformfortable. Vegfest was still great though.

Not a bad place to see a concert. Saw Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and the sight lines were good, as was the sound. Entry into the venue was a little slow & clumsy, but we were in our seats with time to spare. Staff was friendly & helpful

Beautiful place, very nice fol k s there. Parking a bit difficult, but not bad. My first time there. A very close walk to St. Vincents hospital and a great pizzeria inside the hospital complex. Very easy access to this very nice area!!

This place is feeling a little dated. It needs some modern updates, it looks the same as the day it opened but it is still one of the cheapest places to see a show and parking is reasonably priced compared to parking in Boston.

Love the convenience of the dcu. The prices are too high for you to bring a family out for an event anymore though. If venues would realize lower prices would draw larger crowds they would make more money.

Went to the Garth Brooks concert last night concert was wonderful and I received a free lesson on new ways to use the F**K work and C**T words from the two pieces of white trash sitting behind my family.

Dated civic center. Major upgrades needed all around (food, restrooms, flow of people, etc ). On the plus side, its a small venue and youll be able to enjoy the show or event from almost any seat.

Went here tonight to see my favorite band, Green Day! The DCU Center is SO nice and things went so smoothly getting in line and into the concert. Food was great, seats were great, will come again! <3

Will NEVER attend events there again! SO upsetting that cruelty to animals is promoted with events such as bull riding, Cummerford Petting Zoo elephant rides, and Ringling Bros. Circus!!! Awful!

Very nice and helpful staff. The food is insanely priced and it is not the best quality. My husband got a cheeseburger which tasted like paper - it had no taste and it was a cream color - YUCK!
