Same contents but in a new package(or location if I may say) The party handlers or the play space personnel are virtually non existent. You can see them only in the front desk area talking to themselves or on the phone. I had been to a birthday party in the old location (near south st) and the new location (cordaville rd)- In both places, I noticed the ignorance of the play space personnel. The birthday party table was not even attended to. I had been to one such birthday where the single mom had to handle all the serving of juice and paper plates. I did not see even one party assistant come over to help. They came only when the birthday cake was to be taken out. They helped in presenting the cake and the cutting of the cake thereafter. But the whole birthday party was lifeless without an assistant. It looks like the management is paying pennies for these assistants. This place would only improve with better party assistants or play space supervisors. Pump it up, Shrewsbury has the best party assistants.

My daughter loves this place and my wife and I loves taking her there... But theres a few things I would like to address... 1) both bathroom need updating. Ive been going here for over 3 yrs and it remains the same... You got alot of returning customers and more new customer for a bathroom that cant handle all these people... 2) that water fountain? Is it leaking? Been like that for quite a while... I cant imagine how it looks under carpet... Mold? 3) Seats for us adults... More seats would be greatly appreciated.. 4) wheres the staff on the kids play area? They nees to focus on other kids to remind them of play area rules... 5) bathroom needs to be more sanitised... Hamd drier not working properly, hand towels needed all the time... Would give 5 star... But with those issues i give 3 stars... I love bringing my daughter here...

I really liked this place and as the other reviewer pointed out, it is good for a range of ages. My son at the time was two and I think he was just at the age where it worked for him. Were now having his 3rd birthday party there because we enjoyed how spacious and how many different activities they have. There is even a place for the parents to ride exercise bikes or just kick back. I really like this place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get their kids out of the house and have a good time.

Last December had my sons 5th birthday party at PlayTown Express, and it was a fantastic experience. The kids had a blast and there was a lot for them to do. The staff was there for the entirety of our party, watching the kids, checking people in, and setting up the party room. They made the entire experience a lot less stressful for my wife and I. I have a feeling that we will be booking another party this year.

Great place! While the kids play, you can sit on comfortable couches or chairs while you can see the kids through the window. And the door is open so the kids can easily come and go. The food is also very good! The owner and staff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend for ages 1-5. It depends on the kid. Prices are great as well.

Best place to bring the kids in the winter. It is an incredibly comfortable and safe environment. I love being able to walk in and know my daughter can run around all she wants without me breathing down her neck worrying about her. For the most part all the kids interact which each other well (especially good on crowded days).

i hated this place. the staff members (two in particular) were on their respective phones the whole time. i asked for assistance on cake cutting and received none. the games were sub par. i will be taking my children to sky zone westboro instead of this janky joint. btw it smelled musty. probably a mold problem.

I was visiting the area from NY and found this little treasure on the map. My 4yr son had a blast .The place was very clean ,there was so much space for kids to run around and be kids. Most of all the staff were amazing. Thank you Josh for looking out for us while we waiting for our cab to come.

Good place to bring the kids when its cold outside. It could use a bigger building and more organized play areas based on age group. Overall my 2.5 year old had fun.
