This theater is a terrific bargain. Depending on what movie youre watching, you only pay for one ... but get to hear two... or even three if youre really lucky! Most of the screens have a seam right down the middle -- highly visible in bright scenes. The popcorn is usually room temperature and chewy. So a little goes a long long way. The staff are frequently poorly trained. When I recently presented my Regal card at the ticket booth where the grump guy told me that I had earned a free popcorn. I went to the snack bar and they didnt have a clue. They got the manager to help but she was clueless as well. I ended up paying for the small popcorn... something like $4.95 !!!! as felt badly for the young girl who had but some extra artificial imitation butter-like (not) oil on the popcorn. The other thing I like about this theater is they know how hectic our lives can be. So if youre running late... never worry!! Theres at LEAST 20 ,minutes of advertising BEFORE the coming attractions roll. 7 pm show and its 720? No worries... youll be right on time!

This place is literally horrible! Me and my friend who are 16 years old tried to buy tickets to an R rated movie, and they rudely demanded an ID even though we had a parent standing right there granting us permission to see this movie. So we got tickets to another movie and snuck in to see the R rated one. 20 minutes into the movie they SHUT OFF THE MOVIE! The whole theater went dead silent and the lights turned on just because they wanted us to leave and didnt have the guts to tell us! Literally Ive never been to a theater where the movie was shut off. Plus the popcorn sucks and tastes like cardboard.

I love this theater. It may have a few things wrong with it that some big time movie theater critics(not really) may care about but if you are looking for a place with cheap snacks and affordable rates, then make your trip to the commons for the regal cinemas experience. My only problem with the theater is that they do not carry certain movies for some reason. I remember that they didnt have the horror movie Deliver us from Evil nor do they have Kevin Hearts What Now? That is the only thing that bugs me.

We tried to get in the Sunday before labor day, but lock there doors just 10 minutes after the last advertised feature time(7:20), usually they show 30 minutes of commercials before the movie so we usually plan to be there 10 to 15 passed the advertised show time. 2 other families knocked outside but they didnt even look in our direction, I guess they dont need our money. That was about 14 tickets waiting out. Bad business.

This is one of the worst theaters on Cape Cod and close to the worst theater Ive been to in over 25 years. Poor snack selection followed by even worse seats. You are better off going 10 minutes down the road to Heritage theater in sandwich. If you’re in Falmouth you can go to the cinema pub or Cape Cod mall in Hyannis. Any of those three would be better than the Regal cinemas in Mashpee.

I really havent had a problem with them and Ive been to this movie theatre tons of time, so I dont know what the other reviews are talking about because the snack selection is fine and the seats dont have any problems. I mean I go there to hang out with friends a lot and never once had a problem

This is by far the worst modern theater I know of. Why would anyone in the 21st century build a theater with the walkway in the MIDDLE of the theater. All the best seats are non-existent in favor of the walkway. The seats are all the worst seats possible.

Ok so the power went out at the last half hour of Star Wars tonight and they wouldnt rewind it once the power came back or compensate anyone anything! Worst movie theater ever!

Need to update the interior seats - other than that a really nice little theater - good staff - pretty clean - it was quite which is amazing

The technology and seating setup are antiquated at this theater. I would recommend going to the cape cod mall theater instead.

Relaxed way to see feature films. No crowds and Mashpee Village is high end and interesting.
