The area where this was built was made up of beautiful hiking trails and gorgeous wetlands. They turned it all up and put this secluded golf course. In the past they were confrontational if you tried to use the few remaining trails still in the area, but it seems that the town reprimanded them and their behavior has changed. For the most part it looks like any other golf course. Nothing exceptional, just a "high end" course charging inflated prices for simple commodities.

Bay Club is a beautiful golf course nestled right in Mattapoisett very close to the water. Its the place to be in this area, from golf to the tennis courts to the pool there is endless activities to be involved in.

Great private club with full size pool, tennis courts, etc. Must be a member (or know one) to visit.
