The worst theater Ive ever been to. If I could give it zero stars I would. Looks like there have been no recent updates. Nothing premade except for the popcorn so it took forever to get food but I guess that was a good thing because the movie started who knows when. We left after waiting 30 minutes. Very uncomfortable worn down seating. Its a good thing my parents were watching our child otherwise we would have had to leave early had we been paying a babysitter. When we went back to the ticket booth for a refund they paged the manager who said it would be a couple minutes. Then sent the assistant manager out instead. He was accommodating and gave us a few free passes for next time. There will be no next time at this movie theater.

Went there for the MET in HD. The seats were comfortable. The sound wasnt great. It has your typically nasty way over-priced big cinema concessions: too-salty, tasteless pre-popped popcorn. The small size drink is a ridiculously huge size, could be 32 oz., and with so little syrup mixed in that it lacked flavor. Only XXXX large boxes of candy. For the most part, low grade ice cream. The coffee counter was dirty and they have what looks like a single cup coffee maker (that uses coffee pods) so if youre not first in line, you have to wait a long time. Im bringing my own snacks next time.

Lights Out, 7:40pm showtime (7/22/16) The theater screwed up our movie 3 times, first the screen blacked out, then the film was reset 2 minutes back and played again after about a minute. Soon after, the movie froze entirely, having to be reset again. FINALLY, it blacked again once again, and the staff reset the film to the beginning of THE PREVIEWS, not just the film. This is simply unacceptable, and I will never spend a cent in this theater full of broken equipment and incompetent staff ever again. I suggest anyone reading this do the same.

Although this theaters old style seating is not as comfortable as the newer recliners that most theaters have in the area, this theater deserves recognition for being a LIFESAVER. As one of the only theaters in North Central Mass to offer non-reserved seating, it is a GREAT theater for buying same-day tickets (you just have to show up a little early to get good seats). Theaters are clean, screens are big, and it feels regal enough! But as with most theaters, try to bring your own drinks in to save some money!

My mom gave me Regal GIFT PASSES... but these crooks didnt tell her the passes are good for pretty much ZERO MOVIES! (I understand if I cant use em on opening weekend; for 3D; etc... but I cant even see a 3-week old movie like Jurassic World, nor pretty much every movie showing in their theaters! Even at 3pm on a weekday!?! This is NOT LEGAL! Its almost a bait-and-switch!) Regal is literally going to PAY for this. Watch. Maybe even a class action lawsuit!

Awhile back, I took my son too see Toys 3. The theatre was filled with little kids awaiting the Toys 3 movie when a rated "R" movie starts playing. We demanded our money back. Today, I took my son to see a movie and agian the marquee did not match what was playing. There was no apology just some flunky handing me passes instead of my money back. i dont know why I even bother. The place is always filthy and the staff is rude.

Worst movie theatre ever, all toilets were disgusting and clogged, everything overpriced, and the service was terrible. I had to see a chiropractor after sitting in the terrible seating they offered for the two hour movie, which of course started 20 minutes late, as is characteristic of Regal Cinemas. I will not be returning to waste anymore money on this disgusting excuse for a business.

Big, clean and typical chain movie theater. My only complaint is the prices which is also typical of the industry as a whole. I dont go to add many movies regularly now newbie of that. Ill wait for those certain movies that need a big screen to get maximum enjoyment. Think Godzilla or Jurassic Park. If you need a movie fix, Regal is a nice place to go if your in the area.

Its a movie theater. Yes, its expensive and it makes money on the junk food. I have been there many times with no complaints. Its clean, well kept, well behaved patrons. Its next to a parking structure, so you can park out of the weather, free, if you want. Its big enough to have a good selection. Its next to a mall if you miss a showing and have to wait an hour or so.

Im not from the area so I usually go to the Movie Cinema in Milbury. I think the theater was outdated, seats were very uncomfortable, I kept getting a smell of urine while I was in Theater 12. The seat I first when to sit in had a huge rip in it. The prices are the same as the other Cinema I go to but the other cinemas have more to offer.

I would absolutely agree the staff is rude and indifferent, not to mention absent when needed. Bathrooms often out of paper towels, too. But Ive met the manager and it makes sense - work ethic and attitude starts at the top. I dont agree the place if dirty. Ive always found it to be fairly clean. As clean as a place like this can be.

The prices are extremely high, however the place is very clean, the staff are friendly and the theater rooms are comfortable and well spaced in my opinion. I have seen a lot of movies there and I have been satisfied with the sound and screen quality. I have no complaints other than the prices being very high.

Decent rewards program other wise a little expensive for what it is. Plenty of screens and snack options with pretty quick service and nice staff. Good summer program for cheap kids movies. Free WiFi, but its rubbish. Right next to the mall but no direct access to it from within the cinema. Plenty of parking.

Pros: Popular theater showing the latest movie releases. Also shows Met Operas on select dates. This is a large, multi-theater complex. Theaters are clean, offer 3D movie viewing, seats are comfortable, and staff is courteous. Cons: Tends to be more expensive than other theaters.

Disappointed they were not open in the morning when their website says theyre open at 11 AM. Came early to buy tickets for an evening show. Also could not find a phone number to ask when they would open - could only listen to automated information. Update your website, please!

After checking their website and making a schedule and driving to see a movie, they said "sorry we changed time from 5 pm to 9pm ( The update was not on the website)". We could not wait for 4 hours to see the late night movie. We just went home and ruined our evening.
