I live in Worcester and this is my preferred movie theater. Its worth driving out of the way to go there with friends. I like that its a very clean facility - no sticky floors, bathrooms are clean and its well maintained. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Also, I like the consistent checks during the movies by the ushers. It makes me feel that if there are unruly patrons, their presence might deter bad behavior. I would also recommend using their Regal Crown membership card because if you go there often enough, you can get decent discounts on the concession stand and occasionally a free movie.

This where we go. Kids love it. Prices are average. Management needs to do some screening: needs to make sure parents dont bring in their infant or young child to R rated movies that we are on a date night to see. Yeah, they might not understand the movie but it ruins it for us when you hear momma sixty or seventy times repeatedly at 10:15p on a Saturday night.

Movies are great, especially when you have ample and available snacks. However we literally had to argue with other people about who got to receive the next batch of popcorn. As we were waiting about 20 minutes mid movie for them to keep making popcorn. Kind of sad that they didnt have more people working or fresh popcorn available.

A bit run down, at night ticket counter closes and customer must line up at the concession counter to by tickets and to order food (bottleneck). Theater needs updating and advertisements at start of movie time are almost 30 minutes long and waste our time. STOP THE ADS.... I dont come to the theater to see ads for local businesses.

Three Consecutive Bad Experiences, once the temperature sucked.. it was terrible hot. 2nd time it the screen was not opened completely. 3rd today, check the image.. thats how i watched the complete move. I captured this only to show the pain i went through for all the 3 hrs moving my head side to side. No offense otherwise.

The only theater around the area that screens Bollywood movies. Movies are screened as they are released in India and there is always at least one playing. Very accommodating : In one of the shows there were too many people to fit in one theater so they screened the same movie in two theaters at the same time.

Great place to see a blockbuster movie. Maybe Im seeing the wrong movies but it has not been busy the last few movies Ive seen here. There are also some restaurants near by to get a quick bite to eat before the show (outback, Unos, nyaj). The 3D movies are pretty average. Enjoy the popcorn.

Just went here to see Captain America civil war, first Friday showing. It was not crowded at all. Theater was clean and well updated. Normal concession stand. Prices were average, I suppose. About $14/ticket for 3D, over $16 for non-matinee. Non-3D is a little over $10/$12.

Update : i have experienced second time now that curtains are not taken care of. This time in a 3d movie, the curtains were covering both corners of the screen. Please have your staff make sure that curtains are moved to the side even if the theater is not full.

Great place to see any kind of movie, even Indian movies. If you come here for Indian movies on the first day of release, there is a LONG line but always worth the price and wait. This is the number one theater for Hindi and other Indian movies.

I did not like anything about it. Most of the employees are racist and rude including the manager who works at night. I was questioned three time about what I was doing there and had to show them that I paid for the show and the tickets.

Good place to watch movies, comfy seats, ample free parking. Tickets and food are overpriced, but whattya expect. Love that there are open captioned movies here - five stars for that - THANK YOU!!!

Pricey (as most movie theaters seem to be now) but the premises are clean and the seats are comfortable. The staff is also always friendly. The popcorn is not my favorite but my family likes it.

The theatre is a bit old but that doesnt really come in the way of the movie going experience. Like many other people have said before me, this theatre seems to have the best popcorn around

This Cinema does not have wheelchair assesability.... Going into the facility,the staff just stand and watch us struggle with two clients in wheelchairs and do not open doors for Us...

Honestly one of the worst theaters around. it is: overpriced, old, not comfortably, and its 3D movies are fuzzy at times... Its saving grace is location. It has that going for it.

Preferred local theater. I like it because they keep it clean and it is nearby. We tend to use the movie passes bought at AAA and can still use the regal rewards card with them.

Very close to home!!! We can always plan at the end time and go for the movies all the latest Hindi movies are showed every time!! My friends and I always enjoy the movies here.

Would be great if they had a separate entry for the people who purchased tickets online instead of standing in the queue with everyone else and wait for the turn to scan them.

I have been here a few times now and the employees have been very rude. If it was just one person I wouldnt care but this has happened multiple times with multiple employees.

Awesome place to catch a quick flex , wonderful theatre . i enjoy my weekends here and have seen at least 100 films here for the past 4 years. Never disappointed :)

Convenient location off rt. 9 Doesnt have any Lux options but youll be able to find tickets for even the most popular shows. Not a bad theater option in a pinch

We go there all the time to see Hindi and English movies. Place is very clean and people are very friendly. Movies are good and have fun at the movies!

Took forever to get popcorn with only 2 people in line and 4 people behind the counter. Sticky floors, bathroom wasnt that clean.

Movie choice is good, staff is ok, although popcorn is trash as well as extremely expensive. The floors are also really sticky.

The staff has always been scary or rude. The trailers take forever to begin, as well as the movies. Just avoid this place.
