The service was very slow! They told us nothing was available so wait 40 minutes, so we waited and as we waited we sat and watched as more than 6 lanes were open and not being used. When we went to see about the lanes they told us there still werent any lanes available after waiting in line for 20 minutes as the lady held a personal conversation while we all waited. Unprofessional to say the least! They half answer your questions and basically shew you away and go to the next person. I dont recommend coming to this bowling alley the customer service has diminished significantly. If I could do no stars I would do 0 stars.

This bowling alley will be my last resort. I give them 1 star for the availability of bowling balls, Ive been to bowling alleys where the balls are scarce... 1 star for the super clean bathrooms, and 1 star for the pleasant attitude of our server, even though she was clearly overwhelmed with the workload she had... Upon arrival, we went to the front desk. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. The staff had the audacity to look me in my eyes and then ignore my existence as they stood at the computers doing NOTHING

Checked in at 545 pm. Had to wait till 620 pm to get a lane. Said they dont do military discounts after 600. Waited 50 minutes for food had to check on it 2 times. Bring me a ceasar wrap when I ordered a bbq chicken. Tried to return it then lied to my face saying its a bbq vinaigrette. Really??? U think I cant tell the difference between a bbq chicken and ceasar dressing. Gtfo. Terrible. # disrespect

Only good if you are in a league there or having a birthday party. Been here about 3x and have only been able to bowl 1x at a childrens party . Both other times I have called ahead and been told there were going to be lanes open only to find out that they literally meant 2 lanes. They dont do reservations so its a crap shoot whether youll actually get a lane when you get there

Poor customer service!!!!! Some of the staff need better customer service skills. Especially Fabian, one of the workers there act if we are inconveniencesing him by wanting to bowl. We come to spend our well earned money and have a good time at this establishment and we get treated with extremely poor customer service skills.

I drove my child to a birthday party here and it looks great! Has a mid-century modern vibe and vintage decor. 32 lanes, LED screens, new carpet, snack bar, arcade games and gumball machines - place must have been refurbished in the recent past. I did not bowl but it seemed like it would be a great place to bowl!

Every time we go we are turned away because of league play! When I asked when it is they dont have leagues I was told they go on every day after 4! As a military family we have lived a lot of places but there has never been a situation where the entire alley was basically shut down every day for bowling leagues!
