This was a terrible experience. We came as a family ready to enjoy ourselves but ended up losing when we decided to patronize the food counter. We only ordered hot dog and fries which took more than allotted time to recieve hot dogs and fries and then to top it off the hot dog was crusty burnt and not the good flavor kind. I am truly dissatisfied that i took my time to come here to recieve crappy service. I just wanted good customer service.

Worse bowling expirience of my life..very poor managment. Hotdogs and fries took almost 2 hours...prices are ridiculous for a refill of pitcher of soft drink! Hot Dogs tasted like charcoal ,very dry and burnt out! Not recommended at all!!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would the staff is extremely rude ! It was 4 of us and the lady got mad that we waned to get 3 pitchers of beers because we are only supposed to get 1 per person but it was 4 of us

Had constant problems with the equipment not working right. A guy at the service desk was a complete jerk. His grotesque display of unprofessionalism will prevent me from ever returning.
