This bowling alley has a consistently LOW level of customer service, and I will probably never patronize them again. Went there on 3 separate occasions, months apart, with the same result. No bowling. Each time I was told by a worker (manager?) that there was no lane availability, even though during 2 of the 3 visits, there were clearly many lanes, which could have been utilized for bowling. Each time my children & I have visited AMF Capital Plaza Lanes expecting a fun time, we have ended up leaving extremely disappointed instead.

Me and my camp went on a field trip at this bowling alley. We started bowling and nothing was wrong but then we realized that the bowling pins were not coming up in sets of 10 , but sets of 6,9 and 8. So we asked two staff members Jamal and some other lady to help us but they would not. Then we also realized that our balls were stuck and were coming out of another lanes machine. The balls started to flow out rapidly from the other lanes machine and hit a kid in the face.

Ill be Ballin big places into the big cities of DC in somewhere else in the neighborhoods in places even if Im walking somewhere far and wide eyed still make a little bit because I got a play business to be somewhere else I just only think about a bunch of things train of thought and everything its a Miles can see me from there over there or anywhere else from here you might not catch me you might but you walk⭐️

I really think the management needs to check the attitude of the employees. Their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. They are rude and have no sense of customer service. The lanes kept malfunctioning as well. When I brought it to the attention of the counter personnel, they became angry as if I had broke the lane. I will never go there again.

Just plain old nasty, in every way, i visited with a friend in a league, horrible experience. The workers + manager have bad attitudes+ the whole place needs to be redone. I will try to attach a pic of the ladies room door, its broken, im sure it must be some type of city code violation. I would give this place a zero! Pic on line! Google it!

The last time my boyfriend and I went to Capital Plaza, the employees were a very rude with a side order of a nasty attitude and wouldnt help us if we had problems. Even that douchebag manager who has a bigger one than the others. I dont even want to visit anymore unless they get a new manager with a better attitude.

I came here because my cousins did her daughters birthday here. Bad service, not the best. But other than that, I had a good time. I dont think I would come back. They need to be nicer & have more customer service skills.

Nothing worked every time I bowled I just got a strike (and even when I didnt touch the ball it just gave me one)and service isnt exactly great. It was downright broken.

Tuesday 2.22 a game and its poppin after 7:30 on a Tuesday. But the arcade is nice, they have a bar in there also
