Had one of the most humiliating and uncomfortable situations at this location. Me and my family went there on a Friday at 8:30pm. Out of 5 people on our group (including parents) there was my 17 year old cousin. They have a policy of not letting people over 18 after 9pm, which according to them is to "because we dim the lights and have music videos playing", and because of this they did not even want to let the entire group as a family. I told them I understand their policy but they should be able to make an exception when there is a 17 year old with her entire family (totally different from a kid, and infant or a group of teenagers). To which they responded "there is nothing we can do, thats the policy" After a long heated discussion with the manager he "accepted to let us in as long as we leave by 10pm". I felt humiliated, my cousin felt horrible and they made the entire family feel horrible for bringing the family over at their place. THE WORST PART was that during the time we were playing, there was a large group with 2 INFANTS (2 to 3 years old) up until the time we left 10pm. As a customer I never minded that as I go there to have fun and that didnt disturb me, however it made me question the validity of their "ludicrous policy" and made me think of the possibility of racial profiling. CONCLUSION: If you have a teenager in your family, dont bother going there Friday or Saturday night, you should look for other establishments that do welcome and respect the family nucleus. Ive been going there for years regularly but I will greatly reduce the # of times I go there.

The customer service sucks called ahead of time for the correct time on $2 tuesday was told come after 6 so i wait until 7:30 running late to then be told oh its 8:00 very unprofessional and im visiting from another state not knowledgable about company promotions they got a 1 for the big free parking lot boo not impressed.

Bowling in the 21st century. First off, they have a huge wall of TVs where they play music videos. The food is good, they have drinks, and theyve had electronic score keepers for a few years now. Yet, because its bowling, it still has a nostalgic vibe. I love this place.

Unlimited bowling nights are a decent price if youre going to stay for a while. The arcade has a good range of games. If you choose to bike here theres no bike rack to be found, but staff games are helpful and will let you keep your bike inside in the lobby area.

Nice facility, good equipment but the staff is the best part..... Great people working here! Lydia and Michelle up front are two of the coolest, nicest and most helpful people around. Fantastic customer service!!!

The lanes were really unreliable. The general etiquette of patrons was exasperating. The price made you wonder where all the money goes because its not in maintenance. The service was kind, though.

I bowled here by in the 90s and man has this place changed. Its has a upscale vibe for an AMF. Nice if you let on a date sucks if you just want to bowl. And the daytime prices are astronomical!
