If they had a star below poor I would give it! I ignored the negative reviews here and gave this place a shot. I had family in from out of town and thought it would be nice to hear music, bowl and eat in a lively environment. We get to the entrance where the doorman cracks jokes and entertains us.... once we entered everything went sour. In an effort to keep this short Ill try to sum it up: Unfortunately the bowling wait was about an hour and a half, so we decided to sit and eat. Waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to show up to the front desk - finally got seated. After about 20 minutes we realized our server had not arrived. I went on the hunt for someone to help us. Finally our order is taken. About 5-10 minutes later our drinks arrive... 40 minutes later our server comes back and asks if we would like water while we wait for our food. "Water", how about explaining why the food is taking so long? By this time any excitement we had was deflated and I went searching for a manager. We talked to a manager and told him if the food was ready we would take it, otherwise we will pay for the drinks and leave. Five minutes later our food miraculously arrives; but wait, whats this?... they didnt even get the order right. By now Im furious. I ask an employee if I could make a complaint, and he asks didnt we just speak to a manager. I tell him yes, but I would like to speak to someone above the manager. After going back and forth I finally tell him not to worry about it and I will handle my complaint through alternate channels. Now all of a sudden he wants to talk and listen. Turns out that this is the general manager Im speaking with. Long story short... I will be polite and not put any names on here, but suffice it to say that I will be writing a formal complaint to their corporate office and I will never return to their establishment.

Horrible service, decent food/bowling. The food was pretty tasty, and bowling was bowling, so no complaints there. If you go on the weekend there is a $20 minimum per person on top of what you are paying for the lane, so thats something to keep in mind (though if youre grabbing drinks/food then youre likely to spend that much anyway. There was one server that was hard to track down when we needed something. We probably sat there for 15 minutes waiting to put an order in for our first rounds of drinks. We ordered food and when it came, two issues: 1. My friend ordered fish and chips. They brought out fish tacos, and when he said something to the server she said shed get the manager (not sure why a manager needs to be involved, but okay...). The manager came out, he told her what was up, and she says Thats how our fish and chips are served. Not sure whether she was confused or lying, but they were clearly tacos, tortillas and all. After asking her where the chips were, she showed her the item on the menu and only then did she take it back and have them bring out the actual order. Other issue: 2. When we were served some broiled cauliflower they didnt bring out any silverware. No big deal.. except that after asking the server and ten minutes passing, I gave up on her. I asked a busboy that was walking by and he pointed me to a hostess. I asked a hostess and she told me Id have to see the server. Finally I walked over to the bar and after searching the bartender was able to find me a fork. For the money we were paying wed expect better service.

If you are looking to go bowling, dont even bother with this place! This is not a bowling alley. This is just a club with the novelty of having bowling lanes inside. The lanes are very narrow and you have to stand practically in the next lane or on the ball return in order to get the ball in the center of the lane. There are no air vents for your hands and the food is overpriced and not that great. Got a pepperoni pizza and it had very little sauce and a strange aftertaste. Went there this past Saturday and my group barely got a lane. We were able to play one game and had to wait in order to play a second game while we waited for another lane to open up. When we finally got our second game, the balls were getting eaten up. When they came out of the return, they would have chips peeled off that you would have to pull off the rest of the way. One of our party brought his personal ball and this was happening to his too. When we said something to the owner, she said that they recomend NOT using personal balls because of this. She was very careless about the balls that they provide. As E says below, STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY from this plac!!! Disliked: Everything!!!

It annoys me that they charge by the hour and not by the game. We reserved a lane for 1 hour, and three people in our group (including me) showed up on time, three others were running a little late because of traffic, and its not like we could really start without them, so we waited and they arrived 30 minutes after our "start time." We start bowling and when our hour is up it stops the game and we are about halfway through. They did give us 15 extra minutes, which we appreciated but of course we didnt finish the game and that was kind of disappointing. I know the group should have showed up on time but life happens and I think good customer service would be letting us finish the game. It was also my birthday celebration, so it was just kind of a bummer. The food is really good though, and so were the drinks. They also had an amazing playlist on the speakers, even though you cant really hear anyone talk but that is any bowling alley I guess. Nice atmosphere, but bad policies.

We checked in with the front desk around 9pm. They let us know that there would be no available lanes until 11:15pm. At 10:30pm we received a call stating that our lane would be ready at 11:00pm. At 11:00pm we went to the front desk to check in and the manager there let us know the party before hand decided to extend their stay and bowl longer. I completely understand wanting to extend their stay, however, we should have been told that this was an option for them when we checked in and told we could potentially have to wait even longer to bowl. The manager, white male average height with facial hair, was very rude, unprofessional and blamed us for everything even though we had not been made aware of the lanes policy on walk ins. Very disappointed and will not return. If we knew about this we would not have spent two hours in a boring bar waiting for a lane. Left feeling mistreated and overall unhappy on one members birthday in our party.

Dont waste your money. Lucky Strike is overpriced paired with bad customer service, not a good combination. I paid $150 for 2 hours and 2 shoe rentals. We originally were put on Lane 11 and after multiple machine breakdowns with the pin machine freezing during its player reset, the moved us to lane 12 were it not only kept freezing, it kept putting down 1-2 pins short. We requested to speak to manager, whom only kept saying "Im sorry" but there was nothing more he could do for us. Im still waiting on a call back from the General Manager..but I.m not holding my breath on that one. In my opinion, when you are spending more than $150 on bowling, the manager on duty can do more than just say Im Sorry.. Im sorry I wasted my time to commute to DC and my money to patronize the business & celebrate my birthday.
