Were relatively new to the Frederick County area and found the Braddock Heights swimming pool and Community Park to be a great place for our family and friends to gather for the last several hot summers. The place is fun, very clean, well maintained, professionally operated and offers good parking, beautiful views and a nice, casual restaurant, The Home at Braddock Heights, is within walking distance. The pool is a perfect spot for birthday parties, too. A dedicated lap-lane is also available for those with fitness in mind. In addition to the pool, we’ve found that watching the occasional, abutting little league baseball offers lots of fun (and concessions!).

Its not fancy, but its the perfect place to relax under an umbrella and read while the kids play. The zero-entry baby pool is perfect for little ones and the larger than usual "big pool" has plenty of room for games and laps for older kids and adults. Always clean, usually a bit cooler than the rest of the city. Plenty of lounge chairs and a large grassy area are complimented by picnic tables so that you can have a meal (Home restaurant next door delivers, too!). Weve been members for several years and look forward to seeing our "pool family" each Memorial Day.

I love the family environment of this pool and the fact that the baby pool (which is a zero entry pool) is connected to the regular pool makes it possible for me to watch all my children at the same time!
