I so enjoy the group exercise classes here, and you cant beat the price, especially if you are a city resident! Classes Ive taken with Darlene, Aimee, and Stephen have all been awesome. Plenty of 2-hour free street parking is pretty much always nearby (drive past all the meters right beside Talley).

Google Maps lists opening time as 8:30 am, the gym is open at 5:30 am, Im guessing if you were seeking to rent out the meeting spaces above the gym, youd have to wait until 8:30 am for the "non gym" services to open

Super friendly staff! The childcare on T/TH with Ms. Pat is outstanding (my children actually cheer when I tell them were going to the gym). Clean locker rooms & overall great facility.
