Prices are very high, outrageous even. Some staff are Extremely Rude and unhelpful. The only thing this place has going for it is the IMAX screen. I have been in one of the smaller theaters in the back and the AC was so noisy as to take away from the viewing experience. I have had no problems with the IMAX section but any other screen in there... Ill just catch the movies in Madisonville instead as it is closer to my home and significantly cheaper and you do not have RUDE employees to deal with. I wont even start telling you about the concession counter idiots and their attitude. Ill only go here if I want to see IMAX and that is it, and even that is just way to much money to be treated so poorly. The manager needs to go back to school to learn how to manage staff. Not worth it for me or my time to drive here.

Its always very clean, and the employees are nice. Good stadium seating. My only complaint is about the subtitle devices for people who are deaf and hard of hearing. I have hearing loss and cant understand most movies, so I need this device. Unfortunately the one they use is poorly made. Its meant to fit in the cup holder and hold up a small screen that displays subtitles, but the device they use is top heavy and the measly plastic piece kept popping out of the cup holder causing the device to topple over several times during the movie. Its a great place if you dont need such devices to enjoy your visit.

If the managers of ANY theater would drop the prices at the concession stand, they would get more business. In the very near future, theaters will be almost obsolete just as Blockbuster and other movie rental places. Red Box has seen to that. I can only speak for myself but if the prices at the concession stand was cheaper, Id go to the movies more often. Come on guys.....popcorn is one the cheapest things you can buy and everyone knows that soft drink prices are mostly due to "cup" prices. There is no way you can justify paying $4.50 for a small drink. Thats absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately I had no choice to put one star but I give it 0 stars. I was there two nights ago and seen girls trip in theater 13. For one I walked in and it smelled really bad and stale. For two I was eaten up by bed bugs. I was scratching my arms the whole time which I thought was in my head. But when I got home I had welps all over my arms and shoulders. Now I have to be treated by a dr for it. They need to clean there theater and they need a exterminator. Was worst experience ever.

Bathrooms need serious maintenance. Both mens and ladies by theater 4 have issues with automatic faucets not working. No way to wash your hands! Also, we bought tickets online and printed them at home. When we arrived at theater we were informed they didnt have scanner to read our printed tickets. Had to go to kiosk and print them again. By the way, if you buy online there is no refund. Other theaters we go to DO allow refunds. I think well stick with them from now on.

Their IMAX is terrific! AWESOME sound, bright clear picture. And 3D is just icing on the cake! Pretty clean theaters and bathrooms. We always enjoy going to this cinema. Also...they have the new D-BOX, which has the fully interactive chairs that move and shake with all the action. And it is tremendous!! All in all, its always been a great experience for me, my wife, and our 10 year old son. P.S. Just saw "Wonder Woman" and it was SPECTACULAR in IMAX 3D!!!

I prefer to see movies here more than anywhere else. The theater is great and is always clean. Four stars because the last time I went it was raining and I had to bring in my umbrella. Staff complained that I was getting their floor wet by carrying it inside. They did not have umbrella bags like most places do and I wasnt leaving it outside. That was just inconvenient.

Its okay but I bought the club membership for the theatre and each time they ask I gave them my phone number to verify, but I was never offered a discount on any product so finally I ask why dont you tell me my perks from card. The clerk said nothing comes up under that number. So why would you not say this to me, so I could check on situation.

The AC was so cold it detracted from the movie. I joined the rewards program and when I tried to use my points was told that I must present the physical card, they had no way to look up the account on line. The staff was at best tolerable. Most seemed totally disinterested in serving the customers, much less doing so quickly.

Prices are extremely outrageous, even during the day time. And on top of the high prices the employees (especially the ticket booth workers) have a tendency to be grouchy and overly anal when there is truly no need to be. I think it would be good for Slidell to have another theater to challenge the grand and lower prices.

The movies here are good quality. I have not been to an imax movie here yet so i can not speak for that, but the other standard movie inside the building are great. They have comfortable seating. The prices are kind of high, but not for a movie theatre. we will be back to see another movie

Drove all the way from Bay St Louis to watch Deadpool. Was told right before the movie began that the seats Michael I were in was reserved and all the other seats were full. Manager was rude! drove back home and very upset about my whole experience! Will never go to this place again!

Prices are pretty high, and some workers are rude. But, they do have nice specials. Such as, six dollar Tuesdays. It is nice to have a unique theatre, though. The only theatre that has D-BOX besides Slidell, is somewhere in Texas.

Whoever is going to this theater, dont listen to anyone else saying bad things about the employees being rude, because I go to this theater almost every weekend, and every time its amazing! Great employees and great seating!

After driving 30 minutes to get to the theater, my brother and his friend (16) and me (18) couldnt but tickets to a pg-13 movie. They said that you have to be accompanied by someone over 21 to see any movie after 9:00 pm.

Nice theater, but I HATE the stupid moving chairs. They take up the best seats, and if youre already seated in one, apparently you can pay to sit in one of these stupid things and you have to move. hate it,

Really the only game in town--movie-wise, but despite that, they do a good job keeping the theaters nice and clean. Food is pricey but their rewards program is awesome and helps out with costs over time.

They charge tax on the movie tickets. What?? Never heard of that. Workers clueless about the tax. Acted as though this is a common practice. As expected, food cost way too much. Seats were ok.

The new renovations are nice! Love the new seats and the reels reward card is 100% worth it for us! We go 3 times a month on average and we get alot of free drinks and food with our card!
