It was ok. Definitely been to better places both in Louisville and in other cities. We did break out with plenty of time to spare, but there were so many issues with the game that it wasnt fun. 1. The employees look completely disheveled and unprofessional. Not to mention the moment customers walked in the door the staff immediately began to trash talk other similar businesses without provocation. 2. Above unprofessionalism was proven when the room was reset improperly for our game. A clue necessary to get into the bank vault was...locked inside the bank vault. Therefore rendering it impossible to open and the game master had to just give us the code and an "extra hint." 3. That extra hint did not make up for the time completely wasted since the missing clue required players to call a hotline and wait for it to ring and play a pre recorded message. So we dialed all sorts of numbers and waited each time for a ring etc. It should never be necessary to sit and do nothing in a time sensitive game, in my opinion. 4. Poor quality prop clues. Some of the clues (attempting not to give specific things away for people who want to play eventually) literally looked like theyd been made by elementary schoolers or found in the trash. They didnt fit the theme of the room. Markings on them were faded and difficult to read. Some were even scratched to the point of being barely readable. There was at least one hole in the wall and a few components of the room that were quite literally falling apart. 5. A feature necessary to the game was intermingled beside wires and electronic bits that were partially taped down and not meant to be touched. There was nothing to distinguish it as part of the game vs part of the hidden hardware. Considering the scenario there is a very obvious method of changing that feature to make it fit the room properly, but for whatever reason they choose not to. Overall, if youve never played an escape room before then it would be really cool. But if youve played good ones before then this will probably be a little disappointing. For a really great bank heist try the company in Indianapolis.

Spooked by the startle scares in Live or Die. It was incredibly hard to figure out a lot of the puzzles, pretty challenging especially for first timers but still super fun. I guess my favorite thing was how detailed the rooms are and how decorated it is. Ive seen a lot of plain rooms in games like this, but this place had crazy detail to the designing of the rooms. Props dudes!

I highly recommend Louisville Escape to any and everyone! Seven of my friends and myself did the kidnapping experience and we had a blast. The concept was really neat and we escaped with just 18 seconds remaining on the clock. I dont want to give away too many details and ruin the surprise but you should definitely check it out!

We had a great time! Our family tried the live or die game and lost by 10 seconds. Great family fun and really makes you use your brain. Dominic was an awesome game host and super helpful with any questions we had. I cant wait to try other escape games! Thanks for a great time Louisville Escape!

My wife and I took our 2 teenage children and we all really enjoyed the experience. I would recommend this as a family outing if you have older children or for a group of friends looking for something different to do. We did the live or die and SURVIVED.

A fun afternoon out with our church youth group. Staff was friendly overall, but it seemed they were still "getting their routine down." A little disorganized at times. Were planning on going back in a few months, if so, Ill post a follow up.

Had an enjoyable time; however storyline did not flow and clues were written in a way that was hard to even read. The final clue was broken and missing pieces so we were unable to complete.

Pretty neat place, have to really think things out to make it out without any help though.
