This is a high quality establishment. There are plenty of lanes and quite an extensive assortment of balls with varying sizes finger holes. Most places spend little effort in trying to arrange the balls in an organized fashion but that is not the case here. The snack counter is close to all lanes and the food is great. Beer is available at the snack counter as well as in the separate bar area of the main entrance. The bar is of a fairly large size and was a nice way to spend time waiting for a lame to become available. If a bar is not your thing or you have younger people with you there is an arcade on the other side of the main entrance area that is also large in size with plenty of various typical games for anyone to enjoy. Youd expect such a nice place to be more expensive, but everything was very reasonably priced and we ended up staying much longer because of that fact.

We went this last Wednesday night and tried to pay for two hours of bowling at 9:15, and they told us they had to close at 11:00. The sign on the door said specifically Wednesday night they were open until midnight, and it said the same thing online. Got the strong impression that these two young men just wanted to close early. We got to bowling, and half the time our pins were knocked down by the machine. We couldnt get any help, and since we were rushed through our game and only got an hour anyway we just had to deal with it. Wasnt impressed with my experience, but it seemed like a good place on a typical night.

Disappointing experience. Went with my wife and young son to this place. It was his first time bowling and my wife and I had not been in years. We were treated extremely rudely by the young man working the front counter. He did a really good job of showing his contempt for his job, customers and employer. Very uncool and put a damper on an otherwise good time. I would recommend that you try another bowling alley. Somewhere that will at least pretend to care about the fact that you are a paying customer.

Went here with a group of 14 on a Saturday night around 8PM. I tried to reserve a couple lanes earlier in the week but per their policy, they do not reserve on weekends after 7PM. The decor is nice and the price reflects that. Most people dont know they can rent lanes by the hour but you can at kingpin. Ended us spending about $150 for everyone to bowl, shoes and drinks. Staff was average and mixed drinks were average. Everyone seems to have a good time.

Had a BAD BIRTHDAY EXPERIENCE 01/21/2017 OUR BIRTHDAY HOSTESS" TOOK 25 MINUTES GETTING OUR GROUP OF 15 KIDS THERE BOWLING SHOES, THEN SHE TOOK 15 MINUTES GETTING THERE BALLS. SHE BROUGHT PIZZA AND LEFT IT ON TABLE, FORGOT THE PLATES! RAN OFF AGAIN.. HAD TO GO GET PLATES MYSELF AND HAD TO ASK FOR DRINKS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER WILL DO A BDAY PARTY HERE AGAIN.

Both times Ive been here the bowling has been great. However the arcade is a ripoff. A third of the games dont work, another third do but wont give you tickets. I was very mad when I actually landed on a 200 ticket bundle and wasnt given the tickets. The machines that do work are fun but I wont be wasting my money on them anymore.

My wife and I went here for a date night of some bowling. The place was great... they have plenty of bowling lanes, an adult bar/restaurant, an arcade and plenty of food. We only participated in the bowling, but had a great time and it didnt feel crowded since there were so many lanes.

Nice facility. Not sure how the lanes are, though. They tell you theres a 30-60 minute wait, but half the lanes are shut off. You think maybe more people could bowl if youd maybe use more than half of your facility? Makes no sense to me, and its frustrating to watch...

The bartender asked for my ID and I forgot it at home. The bar manager made me leave, which was understandable because it was illegal to not have it. I drove to Dixie Hwy and got it. When I came back, not a single person asked to see it, NOT ONCE.

Been here several times and its always clean, the staff are friendly, and the food isnt super greasy. It seems like most bowling alleys are sketchy and have gross food, so Kingpin lanes is doing quite well as far as Im concerned.

This is our go-to bowling alley. Really nice lanes with pleasant seating and fun options. Wish they held more lanes open when they have leagues, very hard to bowl here on week nights any time but summer. Food isnt too bad either.

The lanes are very nice and they do a great job with kids parties. They have bumpers that come up for the kids and go down for the adults. They even have a ramp for the ball for the kids who cant get a grip on the ball.

Nice enough bowling alley, but even for a Saturday night, service at front desk and concession bar is inexcusably slow. At the bar especially, ownership is costing themselves a FORTUNE in lost sales.

I was in the arcade and I lost in a game and punched and pissed on the machine and the manager came and whipped me with his belt and threw me oht of the bowling alley. Im ashamed with this place

Great Lanes good service a clean place to bowl that is family friendly. The only problem i have is to bowl open bowling is 4.00 if not on a league 3.80 if on a league which is a total ripoff.
