I dont normally leave reviews good or bad, but for a first time experience, this was not a good impression. My wife and I went for a 12:15 pm showing and arrived around noon. After getting our tickets, we stopped at the restrooms and both were dirty. We then went to our showing area (#5) and it smelled like urine. The lights were on but nothing was on the screen (i.e. typical commercials/previews). There were about 10 of us in the theater by 12:15 pm and still nothing. By 12:25 pm I went to find someone for assistance to get things started. I explained to a girl at the counter that we had paid for a 12:15 pm showing and nothing was going yet. She informed me with a flippant attitude that they dont start commercials/previews or anything until the time advertised. ( I go to the movies a lot and Ive never heard that before....but so be it. ) I then pointed out that it was past the time anyway, so something should be playing. She then stated she would inform the manager. By the time everything was up and going it was after 12:35 pm. Im pretty reasonable and I understand mistakes happen, and NONE one of us gave them any attitude, walked out angry, or demanded any kind of refund. But more importantly, not one of us was given a simple apology. Lastly, during our movie we were constantly hearing other movies playing through the walls. If you want a good experience...try another place.

First of all I just want to see a movie. I dont want to stand in line at the concession stand to purchase my ticket. That doesnt make me want to buy any concession food it only starts the experience off negatively. Second... If i do buy a bottle of water at $4 and change i expect to NOT have to watch commercials. This isnt a TV show. I dont mind trailers of new or up coming movies. Third.. The sound from a movie in the next theatre bled through into the theatre i was watching a quiet movie in, to interrupt and cover vital dialog ... Maybe not show loud movies next to quiet ones. I do realize this review is about some things AMC cant control, yet when the movie industry says they arent doing well, they might take some of this into consideration..

I have enjoyed my visits to this theater, especially during the week because it is not too crowded to disrupt the enjoyment of the movies. The snacks and concessions add to the experience. The location is easy access. The only cons are that the doors to some theaters should be soundproofed and closed softer AND that the concessions should not completely close so early; perhaps to wait into the movies more before closing. Otherwise, I will continue to visit this theater.

Great price. Friendly staff. No its not fancy but the seats are comfortable and once the lights are off the sound systems are top notch as well as the projections. You see the fluff for a few seconds but the movie experience is fantastic. So if you want to pay for the glam for a few minutes ok. But the popcorn is great the seats are great and the sound and projection provide a great movie experience. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They also always have the top movies.

Cobblestone is definitely showing its age. The screens arent the biggest and they dont have many auditoriums, so showtimes and movie selection are more limited than bigger theaters in the area. I believe theyve begun replacing or reupholstering seating in the auditoriums, which is nice. The bathrooms are clean but kind of dark and sketchy. I recommend making Tuesday night your movie night, as tickets are cheap and there are drink/popcorn discounts as well.

Cobblestone 9 is not a bad place to go see a movie. It is clean and friendly staff. The theater is a bit old and you can tell, but staff keeps a hold of keeping it in order. Prices are better than the other theaters in the area. Snacks are not too over priced and popcorn is always fresh. They do have two coke machines that have over a hundred drink options. Refills come with the price. I enjoyed my show and left with a good experience.

AMC purchased this Carmike theater a little while back and took away the classic Stimulus Tuesday. I enjoyed seeing a movie here and if you are in the neighborhood definitely become a member to get discounted tickets. The American movie theater does not have to disappear into the past. What is needed is good, local theaters that dont charge upwards of $15 for a movie and snacks. This AMC is doing an alright job at that.

Entire place felt quite rundown. The flooring was sticky through nearly the whole theatre. Bathrooms were not clean. Additionally, a moist, body odor smell lingered in our theatre room. Management needs to get their act together here. On the positive, the price was the best around.

Cheapest (read: BEST) movie theatre in the area. Usually a couple of dollars cheaper than the other options. The building is a bit older, but they have the same great movie theatre popcorn, snacks, & drinks. Chairs and movie experience is just as good. Why pay more elsewhere?

Unimpressed with the size of the screen and quality of the movie. The seats were not raised enough from one row to the next so if anyone sits in front of you they partially block the screen. Service was good and it was clean, but for the price Ill go to a different theater.

Decent place. The staff was slightly rude, but I suppose thats to be expected because its teenagers. $8.50 for a large drink is outrageous, bit again: to be expected. Also helps if you stop at a nice Dollar Tree before hand and only pay $1.00 for boxes of candy!

I usually choose this theatre because of the friendly staff. However it does smell a lot like urine inside of the movie viewing theatre and definitely needs some upgrades. It doesnt stop me from going and I will continue to go to this theatre only.

The only thing that was very disappointing was my husband and I saw a movie at 7:20pm and I went out at 8:15 pm to grab snacks and a drink. I was told concessions were closed for the night. I thought that was ridiculous. Very disappointing.

My family loves cobblestone 9. It is our usual theater. A fair price with deals on popcorn, drinks, and discount tickets on certain days and times or with purchasing a large plastic cup and bucket. We always have a great time!

Screen is small and volume was a bit low. Seats werent bleacher style and there was even parts of the roof that looked in really bad shape with missing chunks of drywall panels. Only good thing is the $5.50 matinees.

Teen staff could care less if you got all that you were supposed to at the counter. The floors were sticky and the popcorn stale. Could have been the time because Ive been there before and it was just fine.

Great theater! Staff is always friendly, prices are a little cheaper, booze available for purchase. A nice way to see a movie and know youll be too crowded due for the smaller size of the theater. Love it!
