I understand different companies support different organizations and causes. However when i asked tonight if they had a military discount, the woman who was not in uniform and had a name badge of Rachael (Im assuming to be management as she interupted the clerk I was talking to) rudely and condescendingly said, "Are you active military?" I told her I was a spouse of active military. And she said in a sh**y tone, "We only give that to active military." There isnt an active base in warsaw so let me understand, they only give the discount to military who are currently on active duty orders, when they arent home to use it. Long story short, i was just kind of taken back by her tone and others noticed it based on the silence that followed from other people in line and her staff. Ill head to Columbia City or Fort Wayne next time. In the meantime ill make sure to let my husband, who is on orders, know he can get a discount while he isnt here.

Beware!. There is construction in front of the cinema. I called them to find an adequate route. They would not answer the phone. Once I arrived, they informed me that the phone was in the back and they didnt hear it. After I purchased the tickets they directed me to the wrong theatre. The theatre they told me to go to was already half way through the movie. I inquired about this issue and they directed me to the correct cinema. I was of course late and missed the introduction to the movie and I was spoiled on the movie from being directed to the wrong theatre. Three quarter of the way through the movie the sound failed. It sounded as if the actors were talking through a fish bowl filled with water. It was incomprehensible. I pointed this out to the staff and they said they would look into it. There was no apology and no offer of a refund. I left and will probably not return. There are other local theatres.

The place itself is real nice. So.many different theatres in one building. I watched 2 shows back to back. Apparently they are in the process of putting new seating in because in the 1st theatre the seats were great! Big, tall, very comfortable & had drop down arm rests with cup holders. The 2nd theatre still had the old, flat, hard arm rest type seats. It was like moving from a pillow top to a box spring. The prices are high in my opinion. I went with my wife and 2 of our kids. For 2 shows with the 2 popcorn, 2 drinks & a candy "Deal" it costed us $97.50. And then you only get to choose between like 4 of the not so good candies. You cant pick from all the candy theyve got for whatever reason. Overall, it could have been cheaper but it was still an enjoyable experience.

Ive attended this theater many times without issue. Staff has been professional, maybe sometimes in a hurry, but not rude. Food is typical theater food. Ive never had a problem with dirty floors etc. at any early show. Occasionally on a later show there has been moisture on the floor after staff cleaned up after patrons. The refusal to go back? Im a CCW holder. Ive been investigated and found competent by our government to conceal carry if I prefer. I do not display (thus the term concealed) a weapon. The policy of the theater to strip me of my rights to protect myself, family or other patrons, should the need arise. Require I no longer utilize this facility. As we all know, criminals obey policies.

I have contacted the manger several times about complimentary tickets for caregivers to the disabled and have gotten absolutely no response! Charging for caregivers is like saying to a person, "Well, you can come in but your arms and legs have to buy their own ticket!" How rude and insensitive! I will spend no more money here until they rectify. I do not have this problem in Fort Wayne, Huntington or Wabash! These theatres are HAPPY to oblige and will be getting my money from now on. I am also going to make it a personal mission to let people know about Northpoint!

In my opinion, the regular ticket prices and 3D prices are way too high especially for the look and the feel of the environment. It feels and looks outdated and the building itself from the outside is not inviting at all. I believe they would receive more frequent customers with lowering the price of the tickets and updating the exterior of the building, as well as updating the seating to make it more comfortable. My rating and opinion will not change until something starts to happen.

It was a sad day when you asked me to remove my personal defence weapon from your theater. I informed you that you had no sign on your door prohibiting weapons and if this was your stance then you should post it. Youve lost a loyal customer that on average spends over $100 every visit. By the way you might want to put metal detectors in cause not everyone is open carrying as I was. That sign dont stop criminals from coming in with them either. Sincerely, Proud American citizen.

Not a bad theater but not a fantastic theater. It does well regardless since it is the only one within 1/2 hr of Warsaw. The place is a bit dated. Prices are average for a movie theater. Limited parking. Customer service is hit and miss, just depends on the person and the day. Popcorn is usually great. Kids tickets are not discounted for normal movies, but during the summer they do weekly free kids movies (older movies that are now released on DVD) on Wednesday mornings.

They start their movies at the times listed, so get there early! Respectable screens and sound systems, expected counter services, but.. THE most Uncomfortable seats I have ever found in a theater, and that includes budget re-run theaters. Until they post that their seating has been upgraded or renewed, I would rather drive for an hour than go back.

For being the only theatre in Warsaw its nothing special. Multiple screens and have most movies. I find them lacking to show some of the popular movies from time to time. Just your standard movie experience. I much prefer the rave in Ft. Wayne or even the Bones theater in Columbia City.

The theater is nice. The screens are good and the sound isnt bad. It is also clean and the seats are pretty comfortable. Prices are also reasonable. But their website is horrible. It is hard to find what is actually playing. Especially when there is special showings.

Best (only) theater in Warsaw. They only show one movie (maybe 2) per theater each weeknight, usually around 5:45 to 6:15 pm. They start their movies on time. The previews are shown in the 5 to 10 minutes before the start time, so plan your visit accordingly.

Im gonna give my honest opinion! This is 2017 and it pretty crappy that I have to drive an hour away to see a movie with an all black cast cause they dont think it going to do well in this town! Be nice to actually have these movies here!!

Some of the theater is fix beautifully. But the part thats not smells musty and old. For the price they charge. The prices are outrageoues at the consetion stand. The candy they have you can get at Walgreens or dollar tree for a buck.
