The building is ok, nice and spacious, however I come to gamble, so the looks is not a factor to me. I play mostly Texas holdem and BJ. Due to it all being digital, every seat is considered slot machine. You can not sit there and think everything is random. On the weekends, there is not enough staff to run the tables, yet the staff is needed only to take my money and feed it into a slot I can do it myself. This slows down everything. So stupid. Staff would place reserved spot sign to prevent others from sitting down at their tables. Less people to work with us their moto. One bj "dealer" told us if we play right we will win 99.9% of the time, she had been told by her trainers. Black jack is ran by a stupid computer. The patterns are such: On last hand of a shoe, or first hand of a show dealers pulls 20 or 21 75% of the time. If you bet 5 or 10 for 30 min then you go to 25 or more you start experiencing a "losing streak", until you lower your bet down. The dealers are racist, my fiance is black and they refused to look at cameras after a group of people came by her and her phone disappeared. But next day a white older lady left her purse and 3 staff security came to her help and went and found it using the cameras. My fiance phone was the note 2, back when it was new it was at least 600 new in box. Ive taken naps in my car wait in on her sometimes, one time a group of 4 drunk guys punched my back window and Im not sure if they tried to break it or scare me in my sleep, they did that in front of the security suv that was pulling up, and of course they were told to leave and quit guff in around. But when a friend of mine was sleeping in his car waiting on his mom to finish they called cops and the sheriff searched his car for over an hour, just to let him know who is the boss. Nothing happened to my friend except his mom drives to Cincinnati hahahahaha. Poker is a joke, people see your cards, computer gives out the most craziest bad beat situations Ive seen. This would have not happened that often in real card situation. So black jack is a trap, poker is redicolouse and you have limits on your bets. Even thou it says no limit poker, you can only buy in for 300, and you run into guys with 900 or 1200 on the table so they can bully you out, and if you want to put him all I and you have cash, you have to go and put more money on your card and then its only 300..... I became disgusted with everything that has to do with gambling there. Only go there Cuz we can play and may he win, they only serve us 2 drinks an hour cuz we are multiracial couple, if we were white we would get 17 beers no problem. Also you can smoke in there which is a plus to me since all bars are non smoking in Indy. I dont drink anyway but my fiance does, she says the drinks are watered down. There is no good security in the garage. The buffet is nice. There are 95% retired folks who occupy the penny machines.

I am only giving this review one star, because it is not possible to give it zero stars. We made reservations on a Friday evening at 4pm to watch the horse races and get some food to celebrate my grandparents 60th anniversary. Some of our party, including my grandparents themselves, were late and came closer to 5pm since my grandmothers sister had passed away the night before, and there were some details that needed to be taken care of there. So once everyone arrived, the management told us that we were only allowed to stay about 30 minutes after the last horse race, but we could not order food after the last race started. Well, the last race started within 10 minutes of us being there, so we had to hurry and order food. The girl waiting our table took 20 minutes to even ask us if we wanted anything to drink, and when she finally brought us water 10 minutes later, she never came back to refill any of them. Now, I have been waiting tables at a restaurant for 4 years, and I know that I have never offered service as bad as the service that we got at this casino. So when we finally got our food, the manager of the area stood over us and watched us eat, and kept telling us that we only had 15 minutes left, 10 minutes left, etc. I understand that no one wants to stay late on a Friday evening, but considering it was only about 6pm at this point, this was absolutely ridiculous. First of all, who closes a horse race at 6pm on a Friday? And why would you let us schedule a party of 15-20 people, who mentioned beforehand that they would not all be able to make it by 4pm, on a Friday night if you knew you would be closing soon??? The hours are not posted online, nor anywhere on the door of the horse tracks, nor were we told about the hours on the phone. The wait staff was incredibly rude and slow, and was trying to clean up plates that were were still eating off of! The management was rude and hovered the entire time, and the food was not even very good for the ridiculous price we paid for it. Overall, this was a horrible experience and I was shocked that any staff and management would treat customers so poorly, especially those trying to celebrate an anniversary. Horrible experience, awful staff, and not a place that I will ever return to or recommend again.

Im not sure where to begin much less Im not sure if I am willing to waist anymore time on this horrible place. This is the first place Ive ever done a review on. First of all it is a fully automated casino with no dealers. Completely miss out on the typical witty and fun loving that usually makes the gambling experience much more fun. Of course there is no comps to be giving out by the dealers or "pit bosses". The employees, other than waiters and food preparers, are Security. They run this buisness like a compound harassing guests that are trying to enjoy themselves. I seen this early in my goings however my wife loves to gamble, the excitement and all, so we became regulars. To date after 30 visits we have met 3 employees that were outstanding. The rest stand over you and watch you like your thief/trouble maker. The wife and I have maybe drank 6 total drinks in the 30+visits but have been approached and interrogated on being sober or not. Today I finally asked what the issue was and was told they think my wife is "off" or "something is different about her". The point is they will not hesitate to ask you to leave or involve the authorities. They try and intimidate people and have the in better than you mentality. I have seen discrimination to others and overheard racial remarks. Only one black gentlemen there (Robert) and he is great and they need more like him. They are just flat out horrible and I am amazed they can stay open. If another casino was near it would surely put them out of buisness. I truly despise the security. I cannot believe a owner or board of directors allow these imbeciles to run their business like a police state. Please do not go there you may get arrested, hurt and of course their payouts are the worst of over 20 casinos I have ever been too. I hate them!
