I was with a group of 10 ladies for a girls trip to Nashville. My grandmas friend really loves Hard Rock and wanted to go. We got there and it was about an hour wait (long, but typical for a large group there). While waiting, she decided to run to the restroom. A male customer came running around the corner and knocked her to the floor. She is 72 and had just had hip surgery so she was very shaken up; she turned very pale and felt dizzy. The staff there was all very concerned for her and went above and beyond to making sure she was alright. They brought her over a chair, a wet rag, a glass of water and some menus for us to fan her off. The manager, Sam "Stone" Lanham, was the best! He brought out his own office chair for her because he thought it would be more comfortable, got us a table right away and wheeled her up the ramp to it. Even though the issue was caused by another customer, the staff took action to make sure that our experience was still a positive one. Great establishment!

I was seating in table 8 in front of the kitchen. At the beginning I was excited because the kitchen was sizzling but it turn out very informative. The kitchen was running behind as any busy restaurant in town. A tall white guy which I interpreted that was the manager came to help. This person touch the inside of the cup where the coleslaw, baked beans and salad dressings were being pour and served with his raw hands after he place them in his pockets, mouth and only god knows where else. When I saw this my appetite sank. The ribs that I order were dry and burned. It is the worst food ever!!!! I know the other employees were working very hard to keep with the orders including the one who was completing the orders and handling the order "traffic who was using gloves. DO NOT GO TO EAT there. Do yourself a favor and find elsewhere to go. Too much DRAMA!

EVERYONE HAS A BAD DAY, BUT THEY OWNED IT AND MADE AMENDS: We were there on a busy Saturday. The wait to get seated was about 5 mins, not bad. Our waitress was good and very polite, but sometimes gone for a while when we needed drinks or other things. After a fairly long wait, one of th burgers came out very undercooked, as were the fries and onion rings. They took about 10 mins to remake most of the food. The manager came to the table, was very apologetic and compted the meal which was nice given the food quality and extra wait time. The food was FANTASTIC when it got to us in proper shape. Well probably give them another shot since the other Hard Rocks weve been to are great.

Popped into the Hard Rock after 10 hours of flights and it did NOT disappoint! First time I went in it was empty apart from a group at the bar so super speedy service! We had an amazingly friendly waitress who came and sat with us and chatted as me and my two friends are from England and Germany. Yummy food - I had the potato skins with chicken on top and couldnt even finish them there were that many and so big! Went in again a couple of days later and the same waitress recognised us and dropped everything to see how our stay in Nashville was. Again, great service and lovely food the second time even when it was super busy! I cant wait to visit again!

I recently visited Nashville. We were a group of 6 and a baby. We wanted to eat outside so we chose the Hard Rock Cafe. I was disappointed when everyone received their food except me. I told the waiter and he went back and asked where it was, since 3 different servers brought out our food he wasnt sure what happened. So I guess someone else received my meal, the cooks said they made it. I told the waiter I didnt want them to remake it everyone was about done eating. So I ate the left over mashed potatoes of my babys. The waiter said "sorry about that." After spending $140 on lunch, I left hungry and accommodated.

We were pleased to be immediately seated on a Saturday evening. However, the service was extremely slow. Our server was nice and all, but there needs to be some kind of back up system if a server has to split tickets on a huge table and needs a little help with his other tables. We were left waiting to order for well over 15 minutes. We finally ordered and it was another half hour before we received our food. We ordered the sampler platter and it was meh. Food was just a tad warmer than room temperature and none of the items really blew either of us away. Definitely overpriced at $19.99.

We had to wait for a table for a long time even though there were empty tables everywhere. I have only put enough money in the meter at the parking garage for 2 hours and by the time we were able to order that 2 hours were up. It took a long long time to get our food and get checked out so the parking meter was about to run out again. I fed the meter 36.00 for four hours of parking, all of which we spent at the Hard Rock. The drinks, food and waitress were good it was just really slow. 3 hours and 50 minutes between putting our names down for a table and getting back to our car.

It was my first stop after our hotel and it was great!! Our bartender was Lisa, from Orlando. She was the greatest of all our stops in Nashville. Being new to the area, she already knew some helpful tips and must sees for our Broadway venture. Lisa was the friendliest of all the bars we went to in Nashville. She even kept our glass safe till our return to our shuttle that evening. Since we had to return there to pick up our glass we decided to grab a snack there and Rebecca was a great server, we split a burger and she made sure we had an extra plate and was very friendly too.

Upon arriving we pulled upfront to valet. The valet attendant asked us if we were going to be a while or if we were going to "eat and bounce" were his words. That kind of turned me off. Other than that the experience was okay. It took the server a few minutes to greet us bc another table had him tied up. The gift shop seemed small, however, I dont have much of an idea on how big they ate suppose to be. The only other one Ive been to so far was in Honolulu and it was huge. Our food came out pretty quickly and the server was friendly and personable.

Wanted to sit outside and the waitress complained about having to go downstairs and get a dry towel to wipe the table and chairs off after it had rained 7 hours earlier. Had to go get our own menus. Beer was not cold. Didnt get napkins. Sweet tea tasted like acetone. Then we had to go get our own silverware. Ribs were dry, got chili instead of baked beans. Slaw was horrible. Hamburger was ordered with no onions but came with onions anyway. The only thing that was OK was the fries.
