They have reduced their showtime hours, doesnt seem like they offer showtimes after 8:00PM, which is a shame because I work late, and me, the wife, and family always liked to go to a later showing to avoid the crowds and noisy kids... I used to go a few times a month, but since they reduced hours Ive been one time all summer, and it was a bad noisy experience, I would rather drive all the way to pendleton, catch a late night showing in a higher quality theater, than be forced to do that again. Food and drinks are extremely overpriced, but thats everywhere nowadays. If you dont spring for the Premium Pass you just feel like a second rate custome when some cuts in front of you... not a great place, could do several things a lot better if they wanted to

I live an hour away from this theatre, but the theatres in my town quit showing what I wanted to see. Called ahead to verify tickets were left for the show I wanted to see and they said yes. Arrived at the theatre for them to tell me that they have had a technical glitch with that theatre for the past couple days and that there wont be any showings til the next day. Didnt offer anything for compensation and had no response to why they didnt tell me when I called.

Nice, clean movie theater! Everything was fine, biggest complaint--snack bar prices were too high! Eveyone knows movie popcorn and candy is very high priced, but this theater was ridiculously priced on everything and not just by a dollar or two but a few dollars. So high that it will make me check other theaters first if a movie comes out I want to see, like at Anderson or something.

Well I feel that if my 16 and 17 year want to see an R rated movie and I allow it and I purchase the tickets I should not have to sit there with them I have bought plenty of movie tickets for them to see R rated movies and never once had to sit with them and now they wont let them but the town of muncie lets juveniles get away with murder that makes no sense.

Nice clean theater staff were nice and friendly love the the special two large drinks and large popcorn for 19 bucks unlimited drink and corn great deal loved everything about theater except need to update seats to leather or vinal cauthere getting a bit grunge afraid of getting bed bugs in the future if not replaced other than that the theater is top notch

b a d. going out in the general public is an experience that I hate. I hate it. everyone is annoying. The employees are helpful though. Especially Karina. Everything is overpriced. Everything is sticky. Vomit was in the bathroom. I think I mostly just hate the general public though. Muncie is just a bad place. Im sure you guys are doing your best.

I went to see a 2 pm showing of The Shining. 12 bucks. I was told the price was so high because of "extras". There were none except a TCM guy introducing the flick. Then as the movie was starting the lights were still on in the theater. I had to leave and go to the lobby and complain. Not worth the time or money.

Great Theater. Just a quick mention here anyone claiming its too loud may want to turn their hearing aids down a bit. Its about the intensity of the movie and I seriously doubt someone is in the booth toggling up and down on the volume all day lol. If you dont like it stop going to movies and watch at home.

The Website is terrible. It does not list movie times or it will list movie times for the next day but then on that day it says no movie times available. To get support, the local theater says go to the website. The website phone support says call the local theater. THIS is PATHETIC

I go here often, decent place, too many commercials and previews before your movie starts. Prices at the snack counter are insane, but thats normal at most movie houses. Eat on your way here so you wont be tempted to get a $7.00 bottle of water or a __________ you get the idea.

Not a fan of this place. You now have to have a membership for popcorn refills. I know it is a free service membership, but I just dont want to sign up for it. Plus you have to fill your own drinks and the area to do so is limited if your hands are full.

Volume to loud on the "before the show announcements/trailers" We have started using ear plugs or we leave with our ears ringing. The theaters are COLD. We have reported both to the management - no response, so we dont go as often s we used to.

The combos here are deceptively marketed. There is no actual discount as one might expect, but that is only apparent if you stop to add things up. My advice: buy one large popcorn (free refills) to share with as many people as you can manage.

Clean theater. nice staff.horrible pricing. 20 bucks for large popcorn and 2 drinks. Couldnt even get a refill without signing up for their free membership? Complete ripoff. 40 bucks for two people. This is why i dont go here often

Loud. Painfully loud. I regret not saying anything to the manager. I will not be returning to this location. There needs to be government standards for how loud theaters can be because it is obvious they cannot police themselves.

Ive been going to this movie theater for years, before it was an AMC. Ive never had a problem with this theater. You feel safe when leaving the parking lot at night, the movies always start on time. Popcorn tastes good.

The theatre is great but the other people in the theatre are very rude, not moving down to fill one empty seat so there are three available for a child to see better. Im disappointed in the adults at this movie tonight.

The theatres were clean and well maintained. It was well staffed which allowed the lines to move more quickly. The restrooms werent disgusting but could have used more attention. Overall enjoyable experience.

Not a fan at all of the new coke freestyle machines. Slows down the whole process and complicates it when guests dont know how to function the machine. Doesnt help when none of the ice makers work either.
