Its a typical movie theater at a mall. Although the whiney complaints over every possible isolated incident from spoiled soccer moms and kids with helicopter parents can most certainly be very comical to read, the truth is your going to have the experience that one would expect at a malls movie theater that pays employees minimum wage outside of isolated incidents that of course can happen everywhere. If you are expecting more, then the logical, wise thing to do would be to watch it at someones house with a big screen TV, a popcorn maker and this *real* butter that some reviewers mention...whatever thats supposed to really mean. Pro tip: Just pop it using coconut oil, rendered butter (alternatively you can use butter popping oil) and flavacol in a kettle, then if you want you can add some more rendered butter from whatever you deem to be *real* butter but again make sure you render it first or else your popcorn will be soggy. If you dont know what rendering butter is, then please dont ever make popcorn again. Never salt afterwards, use flavacol (very fine salt) which goes in the kettle with the oil first. You need to measure it out so that each part is in proper amount (google it if you must) to ensure proper flavoring. Nothing worse than inconsistent popcorn from people that dont actually know how to make popcorn because its pretty darn simple and is a long established method.

Horrible. Movie had start time of 6:50 so we went into theatre at 6:50 and movie was already showing. We thought we were late; turns out it was THE END of the previous showing!! Ticket counter said nothing to us about running late so we ended up seeing the end of the movie before the beginning! This was after we stood in line over 15 minutes for overpriced cold popcorn (2 concession workers + 1 worker who just stood there staring at the others). Will not be back - too many other options. By the way, its 7:15 and the movie still has not started (ticket even has start time of 6:50).

I have to agree with Brett... the concession counter staff in my opinion could be better? I mean theyre either standing around doing nothing? Or detached during the actual ordering process?? One guy never looked up at me during the entire order? I remember his French manicure nail polish!! Also we went to a show that had a different start time than the ticket, and the ticket person didnt say a word!!! We were early.... Just left and got passes for another time! I only go cause its local...popcorn is always cold! No matter what time of day you go! Not impressed!

We paid to watch a movie and was asked to leave because the people behind us were very rude and my boy Friend turned around and told them to stop being rude. The officer working was an unfair dick who doesnt deserve a badge. Instead of working out the issue he acted very unprofessional. Have to say Im usual all about our boys in blue but its hard when you come across one who choices to abuse his authority. We wont be returning! !

Its pretty reasonably priced and clean. Usually no one ever goes in this mall, so, unless you go to a movie on like a Friday or Saturday night you get the theater to yourself. Which is awesome, but Ive never seen a more apathetic staff. Like they look like the back up performers in that Robert Palmer video. Except not hot at all, but they have the same amount of expression. Sooo its a functional theater with a kinda crappy staff.

My mom exited the theatre with greasy oil all over her pants. The fake chemical butter seeped thru the bag(that appeared plastic). I had NO popcorn, but found a huge greasy spot on the back of my pants where I sat in previous guests greasy fake butter. Hard to wash out. Mom also vomited because of fake butter. How embarrassing is it to walk thru the mall with that crap all over your pants????

Prices are cheaper than Noblesville or Indy. They have a stamp card that I always use for rewards which is nice. When its full you earn free tickets. They could use a few small cosmetic improvements such as replacing hooks for coats/purses in the ladies bathroom. Staff have always been pleasant and I like helping the local economy. One of my favorite things to do with friends and family :)

Very "ehh". The staff is never friendly but also never rude (to me). The theatres have been a lot more clean lately than what I previously remember (hence 4 stars instead of less). Seats are nothing special. Only theatre option in Anderson. If you want a more ecstatically pleasing theatre, with higher prices, then youll need to make at least an extra 20 minute drive to find the competition.

Anderson Theater is awesome - reasonably priced and friendly. Just as good as any other theater although not many customers these days. More people should come check it out for the prices and the fact they do a fine job showing the movies. Never had a speaker out or sound issue, theater rooms seem well cleaned.

Its a movie theater. The popcorn and soda are top notch. The films are of good quality and they start ON TIME. What more can you ask for? If you want amazing service go somewhere else. No one wants your complaining ass there, anyway.

Best theatre in Madison County. Food is pricey but thats to be expected. Seating is comfortable. Ticket prices are fair, and the showings are recent and keeps the community up to date with our favorite form of entertainment.

The show quailty is good...always starts on time. My only complaint is bc its slower on sundays and during the week..they sale stale popcorn.gross. anyway it is a nice place and clean. Nice people overall

Had a spiritual experience . Best movie theater ever . Saw Kung fu panda. Best movie ever. Best popcorn. Soft carpet good seats, yeah baby. If you can find the door you will have a nice surprise hehe ☺️

Nice theater with stadium style seating. Fairly clean. Theater is inside of a mall that is dying and is not very busy. I often wonder how long it will stay in business.

Best prices around for movies and snacks. typically spend around $25 for two people drinks and snacks for matinees...other places it was more like $35 for two.
