The first time I went here after it changed from Rave to Carmike was to see "Le Miserables" and when the movie started the volume was uncomfortably loud. I asked a manager to turn it down just a little bit and when they did it was hard to hear. I felt like I was being mocked. I went back out to request it be turned up to a normal listening volume and it was raised only slightly above a whisper for the remainder of the movie. I just got back from watching "Star Trek Into Darkness". It was my attempt at giving the theater a second chance- it failed miserably. My entire family had to close our ears to make it through the action sequences (we could hear everything, including dialogue, with our ears closed). I am finished with this theater. As I write this my ears are ringing from the first action sequence.

Not a bad theater, used to come here a lot, but its so crazily understaffed that Ive had to stop. The people who are working seem nice and theyre working as efficiently as they can, but when the place is so cheap that they only staff one person to get food, drinks, and tickets for every customer, it just doesnt work. I showed up 15 minutes early for a movie, stood in line for 30 minutes, and then just left. Worth mentioning that you now have to pay AMC $15 a year to not be skipped in line. Even though there was only one person working, "Premiere" members are helped before everyone else. I get the idea of giving perks, but again, the place is too understaffed to make this work.

What an awesome experience! Its like holding hands with a leprechaun while you slide down a rainbow made of lollipops. The manager is super friendly and inviting (not like a lure small children into your windowless van kinda way but same emotion). The only thing that held me back from saying best experience of my life was the assistant manager ( by the way, Im not sure if hes really the assistant but he mimicked the GM like a parrot would in a pirate movie). He had cold lifeless eyes. Im pretty sure theres a lot of sadness and hate in that little man. Also, no way his hair is real. Lee Branch 10, short angry man in suit 0.

I love shopping @ the Lee Branch Shopping Center. I like to buy things to craft for my friends @ Hobby Lobby. My husband csn only find shoes that fit his ex-tra wide feet lol @ Academy Sports. Theres a few places to choose to eat at Kenny likes Mos and I like Zaxbys. I pick up lots of gifts for Christmas @ Lifetime Christian Book Store. And, we grab a few groceries @ Publics before heading home for the day. Lee Branch also has a Amazing Movie Theater, An Ice Cream Shop and many othe delightful shopes. Just a great place to go.

My husband and I went tonight to a 9:35pm movie. The movie was very funny. What was not so funny was being kicked out of the movie by the Manager Bobby Turner. The people in front of us claimed we were being too loud. They never said a word to us. Instead had one of the employees tell us to be quite. Then the Mr. Turner cames in and tells us to leave. The people that commplained got free movie passes and we lost money for just laughing at a movie. Would not recommend this place if want to enjoy a movie.

My husband and I went to the theater April 4 for a 12:40 movie. There was a sign on the door that said it was closed. An employee came out to say that they were working on their systems and would not be open. Another person said that we could go to one of their other theaters. Unfortunately, the movie we wanted to see was only offered at the Doug Baker location. A notice should have been posted on their website so that we would not have driven 30min to the theater. Very unprofessional operation.

We took our son, who is a huge movie lover, to see the new Spider-Man movie over the weekend. It was awesome to walk in to sweet smiling faces behind the counter! They were so nice, friendly and patient as we went back and forth on our food and drink choices. We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend it!

Liked it better as the Rave, but its clean and nicer than most of the old Carmike theaters. $5 tickets on Tuesday with cheaper popcorn and drinks! Great location, nice staff, pretty clean, comfortable seats

A great theater! Clean and relatively modern, given it is a former RaveMotionPictures location. Auditoriums are in good shape and the staff are generally better than expected from theater staff.

The ladies room is always gross and smells like piss and the soda flavors ALWAYS run out and there is usually NO ice. This place needs to be remodeled and then replaced with a Regal!

The theater is much cleaner than when it was Rave. The prices are better as well. I just wish theyd not have the volume so loud. My daughter always leaves with a headache.

Great theater and staff with elevator access to the upper balconies. Reasonable parking. Definitely the easiest place to watch a movie in the Over the Mountain market.

Love this theater. I just wish they kept the popcorn seasoning that the Rave offered for free. It was our favorite thing about going there.

$5 tickets on Tuesdays is a good deal. Everything was clean and there was hardly anyone there on the Wednesday matinee that we caught.

Nice place, but priced kind of high. Access to the entrance was difficult in bad weather. Handicap parking was too far away.

Lee Branch is awesome! The theatres are roomy, the screens are big, and you get previews instead of commercials.
