The makeover has turned this bowling establishment into an attractive, non-smoking facility. However, I was appalled at their rudeness. My friend asked a manager to turn down the music and was told to send “someone who can speak English better.” I was incredulous of such a racially-tinted comment, but when confronted, the manager at the front desk admitted that he did indeed say that. I explained that while there must have been a misunderstanding due to language gaps, it might be better in the future to emphasize that the customer could not be understood, rather than insult language abilities. My request was denied, saying that he could not “spend twenty minutes explaining things,” regardless of the fact that we were paying customers. A simple apology for unintentional rudeness would have sufficed for me. Instead, I was appalled that such bigotry still exists in this day and age. It is especially unnerving because this establishment is in an ethically diverse community and has customers of various races and languages.

Long-time bowler (50+ years). Bowled a few games the other day. I had a ball drilled at the pro shop, which ended up with approx. 15-20 dime-sized nicks on the surface. Something in the ball return was doing the damage. I finished bowling showed the manager the ball....she said nothing. Just gave me a blank stare, asked for payment for the games. Asked me if I bowled in a league. I said no. She said why not? I bit my tongue....could have said: "Why so I could have my equipment damaged?" I paid for the games, walked down to the pro shop, where the pro shop manager, told me he would gladly, refinish the ball...like new. Management should go back to school...Customers are #1 priority? or should be...

Terrible service. Rude employees behind the counter. Drinks and food are wayyyy too overpriced. The lane broke down in the middle of the game and the manager behind the desk made us wait over half an hour before they did anything about it. They never accommodated us with another lane either. We finally got tired of waiting and asked for a refund. The manager John Nelson had 0 customer service skills and was arguing with us about their poor service in front of other patrons. He then refused to refund the $40 game that we never got to finish/enjoy. Never coming back here again, neither should you.

Good bowling alley. There are over 30 lanes, a couple of pool tables. Lanes had pretty good oil during the day, but dry at night. Except for the summer months, Classic Bowl is usually packed. League Bowl is daily, so open bowl tends to be in the afternoon or late night hours. Good service and clean. The equipment and lanes are newer. Restaurant has great burgers, fries, and boba tea. Full service Pro Shop.

This center was getting a bit long in the tooth, but over the past year they have completely remodeled the entire place. It looks like those fancy boutique centers they have downtown, but you dont have to pay $8 a game to bowl. Brand new scoring system with HD monitors has really cool graphics. When you add in the restaurant, pro shop, lounge & party room, this place is the best on the north side.

The lanes themselves are nice, and the atmosphere is usually quiet during the day. Their particular house shot oil pattern is especially easy. They have also put in a new scoring system. The staff, however, act as though they are doing you a favor to serve you. Dont expect to be treated like a guest, especially if you go on Friday or Saturday night.

If I could rate lower, I would. Asked to switch lanes because an entire family was taking up both lanes and we literally could not even type our names in to play. We were rudely given the response that "thats all he had" when there were several lanes open. Great service... not the first time weve encountered a lot of attitude from staff here.

Updated Post 2016/02/12 They changed their lane oiling machine so it is much better to bowl! I was unsatisfied at first but it got better. I love when Owner listen to their customer!!! But still I hate 2 Step Stair from mini lounge to the lane (exercise I guess) I Joined Jr.Gold League and I hope to do well P.s. Their Pro Shop is AWESOME!!

Just took my family there and had a great time. The guy was very helpful getting shoes and a ball for my children. Tuesday night special was great. $8 dollars all you can bowl. They have lots of great specials and a live DJ Friday and Saturday night. I will be back Friday night to thank the man again who help us and check out the DJ

This place has been remodelled and is much better than brunswick and many others. The seating arrangements are great and the graphics are way better. Service is also excellent. Price is a little high but after 10 PM and with the coupons that they mail, it is definitely reasonable. A great place to bowl.

Nice place, but I was told they wouldnt put a gutter guard up for one of my children because she was too old (10). She would have had a much better time with gutter guards and frankly, that should be the customers call to make and not the bowling alleys call.

This is a really nice bowling alley that can compete with the more well known chain place nearby. Plus the Boba Burger is fantastic. They have a nice little bar with a few flat screens for the adults. All around fun place to spend a little time.

Best place to spend the weekend with your family or frieneds. The people that work here are very awesome and treat you nicely evertime you needed the help. Nothing more to say but one last thing its the best bowling alley i have ever known.

The restaurant has the best French fries I have ever had! They are warm to the last ones. They use fresh foods for all their menu. The burgers are truly AWESOME! Returned maybe a bad day not as good as before.

I was lied to munipulated and scammed. The staff is very poor in behavior. The old manager guy is very rude and a liar should be fired. Tournament prices increase by 25,000 would not reccomend go to brunswick

Lanes and rental shoes are maintained well. Theres also a bar, billiard table, and some arcade. Overall, great place to bowl and hangout with friends and family.

I tried to play pool there with some friends and I had to wait in a 10 minute line 3 several times because of the que ball not being returned for a scratch.

Very very busy bowling alley that had pretty good food, great bar but always a wait for lanes so plan to reserve ahead of time and wait a short bit to bowl

Great bowling place and friendly staff. My only problem is the food prices...WAYYYY too overpriced. I had to pay 5 dollars for a little carton of fries.

Nice fun place for bowling and to hang out with a group of friends. There is an all you can bowl after 9pm on Saturdays I think. Its very energetic.

2 of the 3 bowling scores was okay not great. The middle score was horrific. The lanes were too dry. You pretty much have to control ball speed.
