Theres a sign that says "no food or drinks inside". I missed it on the way in, and they were extremely rude as soon as I entered, saying didnt you read the sign? I apologized and told them Id finish it up before proceeding to the bowling lanes, and they said " too late youre already inside." So I threw it out right away, but they were still extremely unpleasant in their dealings with me. To the bitter, elderly white male employee: buddy, theres no reason to be a jerk about your policies when I clearly didnt mean any harm. Also, I asked for a second large ball to speed things up, but they were extremely rude and said "you already have one ball, why do you need a second" (there were six of us). Im not unreasonable by any means, but I do expect to be treated with a certain level of humanity when I am a paying customer at your store.

"family owned" they were all very rude, over priced and when a ball got stuck, we got yelled at and threatened to be kicked out if an ACCIDENT happened again. they also made us wait to pay and get our balls when they clearly werent busy" The guy was a complete douche we were waiting for 15 minutes to buy food and he watched us, continued his conversation with another person.

What a fun place for a wedding. A friend wanted to keep it low key for her reception and chose Habetler Bowl. It was just simple bar food, but they kept the pizza and wings coming. It was hot and tasty. After we ate, many people bowled. What a fun afternoon. Close to the I-94 and free parking. Decent craft beer selection too.

Habetler has improved its stature with the recent addition of Sang Lee to sell and drill balls and offer advice. I’ve sought out his expertise in the past and appreciate his skill in communicating so very clearly. These lanes have now gone from a top-rated five stars to an emphatic eight…or more.

I went there for a birthday party recently and it was great! The staff there was very nice and willing to help. Any questions we had they were willing to answer. They have low prices, and and a real down-to-earth feel. Family and kid friendly!

The guys at the register were awesome and really friendly and the customers were very entertaining ~! Went , today, Fri the 30th of June in the morning and I absolutely loved the experience, even though I suck at bowling!!

First time here(and last one)!! Staff is just rude, dont matter if they screw my game. Despite that the system is so old and failing all the time. Disgusting bathroom, awful food, endless list. NOT coming back ever.

Went here after calling and being the only place that doesnt have a wait time that Friday night. Came in late 9pm and the place wasnt full neither empty. Very friendly service. Clean and updated place.

Terrible customer service. The older Caucasian with white hair and glasses is unbelievably Rude. No manners. Make sure to stay guarded when you have to talk to him. Although it is a Clean bowling alley.

Great atmosphere. Went for a daddy-daughter date with my 7 yr old. We had a great time. Clean shoes, they sized you fingers so you got a good ball. Very nice.

My high school went there for bowling every Tuesday. The staff is very nice and I know someone who works there. It is a good place to go bowling.

There is no waiting area. If a game is over they dont tell the players to leave for other people. Dislike the service. I felt discriminated.
