The two guys working the counter ended my partys game early after we had already paid for rental shoes and the full game. They claimed they were closed even though their hours ended at midnight, which were posted both online and at the business, but it was like 11:25 when they ended it. I assume the two kids just got lazy and wanted to close early. They wouldnt refund me either. Terrible work ethic and horrible customer service. Wont be coming back here and make sure I let people know to avoid being scammed.

Had a party in April , it was ok. The girl was new - not very attentive.Kids had fun. Had party this month , terrible. Girl was on phone seemed to be taking care of personal business. Not attentive, said certain things would be on the house, then charged us for it. Didnt want to argue so just paid and left.

Terrible service light skin dude with afro has terribe service charged me 40 bucks for 2 games for four ppl but it didnt include shoes defly not coming back i will stick to dolton or burr oaks bowl

If you like gang fights and shootouts in the parking lot this is your place on the other hand it is super cheap and you can kind of do whatever you want

Ive been coming here for over 20 years. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Dollar game Mondays are hard to beat!
