This is the "cheap" theater in town that plays movies after theyve left the larger cine 15 in Ofallon. Most of the folks who work here are really nice, and the kids working the concession stand are fun to banter with. This theater used to be rather unsafe due to its reputation for attracting gang affiliated, or just generally violent, youth. Since becoming the "cheap" theater I have not heard of any violence reports, although they do still have one officer who stays around for a while to keep an eye on things after the movies let out after dark. They do sometimes have issues with restroom cleanliness, but it has never been so bad that I was "disgusted" with it, or that the restrooms were some kind of unuseable. Also, to the woefully ignorant reviewer ragging on the "sick" employee, there are two gentlemen who collect tickets and both of them are very obviously disabled. One of them does have a very noticible tremor, and while it is none of my business to ask or assume, I will point out that there are disabilities that present with vomiting as a symptom (such as multiple sclerosis) and so I would not particularly assume it were some contagious disease that is going to ruin everyones lives. Overall this place is great because it allows movie-goers the opportunity to see movies they wouldnt normally pay $15 to see at a bigger theater, and its a decent venue.

I went to see Big Hero 6 and the ticket collector was deathly ill. He was having involuntary movement with his body in a slight seizure, and actually threw up in front of me and my husband. At that point the man attempted to hand the tickets back to me (as if i wanted them), and tried to continue on with his job. The mans sickness was obviously overlooked by the rest of the employees. I stormed to the snack counter and informed them of this event, and commanded that he was to be looked into with medical attention. All that they did was just go to him and ask if he was "alright" and left it at that. Apparently these people were settled with "im fine", instead of thinking the man needed medical attention; especially if it was something that could be contagious--infecting the entire theater and many other innocent people with him. They do not care about their employees, and they certainly do not care about YOU! Do NOT go to this theater!

This place is good for cheap movies. I used to go here pretty often until I went once and they gave everyone a price of paper upon purchase of your ticket that said no loitering before or after movies. They also had 2 or 3 police cars parked out front f the building, with police standing around inside and outside. I got a feeling that this place wasnt the safest. I went on and saw the movie with my spouse, which was great. However, after the movie, all people exiting our particular movie were escorted out of a side door in a poorly lit area (9:45 at night) and we had to walk around the building along a dimly lit trail to get to our car in the parking lot that was near the front entrance. I guess the really meant it when they said no loitering, but a side door in the dark?? What is that about? I havent returned since then and now I see that movies are like $1.50 or something. I guess the management is pretty awful there.

This place is a very good when in search of a cheap movie. But, that seems to be all. This place goes by the cheapest antics I have ever seen in a movie theater. While other theaters in this chain have a display of seasonings free to use and open to everyone for as much as you want. Although, in this particular theater, they decide to make people pay to season their popcorn. Yet, it only gets worse for they dont give away regular sized container, but a .9 oz container. Though many people, including myself, have gone through this at other places, but the price of the container is what really angers me. For they sell these tiny containers for $1.50. This is not acceptable for these containers can be purchased for less than $1. I would only recommend this place for a movie if you want snacks, I say either eat a head of time or try to smuggle something in because thats is your cheapest choice.

Love that the movies are cheap but the smell of popcorn is overwhelming and the bathrooms are disgusting alerting management doesnt do any good i spoke to them and said i dont know whats all over the seat but it looks gross and all he said was the white part is coming off the toilet and no matter how much I clean it it wont help but the real issue is the smell... smells like someone came in and urinated all over the floor and walls I decided to hold my buisness for 2 hours for my movie to end and another 1hr until i got home! Cheap movies but dont use the bathrooms!

The prices are really cheap. You can usually see movies that have been in theatres a while. They have certain days that are cheaper. And certain days when popcorn and soda combos are cheaper. Make sure you check out their deals on their website before going. Great place to go when you dont want to spend a lot of money. I agree with previous reviews that they dont keep up on cleaning the restrooms.

we go once a week...usually on senior nights....good prices but most movies there are available on tv....but gets us out of house without paying a fortune.....the bathrooms are horrible....the smell usually like they havent cleaned their little boxes in the stalls out in years...and theres a sewer grate in the floor of one stall that smells like sewer....the people working there are nice.

Was not a bad place. The prices were great for tickets. Was not happy that my medium drink was more then 1 ticket. Looks like an older theatre but wasnt bad. Left around 6pm after our 4pm movie and they had a police officer walking around inside being security. So I say go during the day.

Presents movies that are a few weeks after debut. Cheap! Clean. Decent theatres. Staff is made up of a few adults and a lot of nice kids getting their first job experience. Nice alternative for movie lovers with a little patience and a tight budget. Tuesdays are only $1.50!!

Great option for our family. Cheap tickets, good movies, friendly staff, and a clean theater. The theater is big and clean, and they have good choices of movies. We can see new ones or catch some great ones that we may have missed! Its great to have places like this.

We visit here on a regular basis. Good value for the money. Great Popcorn & Seasoning offered. Free refills. Like getting a bucket popcorn instead of a bag. People are very friendly here & always say "Have a good night & Come back soon."

Staff are always friendly. Its rarely crowded do you can normally get good seats. And the prices for food are great (By theater standards) especially with free refills. And 3.50 for a movie ticket is way less than any other theater in town.

$2 Tuesdays are the best! I have a big family so its nice to have a place where we can all see a movie without breaking the bank. Its an older cinema with broken seats, etc., but it is clean and work the cheaper tickets.
