Theres plenty of other bowling centers that will value their customers over this place. Employees lie to their customers for no reason. A manger there was so upset that my team was leaving the bowling league because this place is trash, he got in my face started yelling and bumped me. The owner doesnt care and this is not the first time the manager is involved in arguing with a customer and pushing them. If your considering this place think twice before you go. A new center opened in Hoffman estates called Main Event, a great environment for everyone. If you want to support local businesss visit Elgin lanes or Bowlway lanes in Elgin.

the man thats working a jerk to my friends and me and we had 2 more turns in the 10th frame and the timer went off for 1 hr and 30 mins but set the timer when we got are shoes and we probably had only 1:15 mins to bowl. i will not come here again, and other bowling places are way better! dont come here!

We bought Groupon for this bowling alley and were refused on the terms that it was inconvenient for the manager. He was rude and the overall experience was horrible, I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. Elgin Lanes is much better, off of Mclean in Elgin. Dont come here!

Great place to bowl and great staff! The 2 recent negative reviews were uncalled for, no patience at all! Every bowling alley has equipment troubles once in a while. This place has very few! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great bowling, had a party there for work and they were very accommodating, even bringing in pizzas from a nearby restaurant. For 30+ people, we paid a very good price and would definitely consider going again

Great place to bowl!! Owner cares a lot about the well being of the center. They re-did all their lanes not too long ago. Host a couple PBA tournaments here and there. RECOMMEND!

Walked in was greeted with a nice hello i love Billiards and was going to try this place out you have to be 21yrs to play -_- thats garbage will update once i bowl here.

I bowl in two leagues at Liberty Lanes and love the place. Its not fancy, but it feels good. The best part is Jerry, the owner. He makes everyone feel like family.

It was pretty fun to play here with some friends and it was fairly quiet. Food and drink is expensive though.
