You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! My wife and I brought two friends to Toyota Park last night for Bob Dylans Americanarama. All four of us have been to Toyota Park several times in the past - both concerts and Fire games. But this will be our last time at Toyota Park. I realize that you have no control over traffic and events outside of the Toyota Park grounds, but the traffic was the least of our problems last night. I grew up near Bridgeview, and know the area well. But I didnt think that driving from I-55, Id drive by at least four entrances to the parking lot before I found the ONE entrance that was accessible from southbound Harlem avenue. As we drove by all of the unopen entrances - many of them with police or other uniformed people standing in them, we started joking that the traffic was so bad because there was probably just one person charging for parking. Well, the joke was on us. ONE person manning the parking lot for a stadium concert?!? We were waiting ONE HOUR from when we drove by the first closed entrance immediately south of the Harlem avenue bridge, until we got to our parking space. This is inexcusable! Then after we got into the parking lot, more delays, because there was only one person checking bags at the entrance. After we finally got into Toyota Park, we wanted to buy some food. The prices were higher than at Comiskey Park, Allstate Arena and United Center, (and the quality was worse) but once again, that was the least of our problems. We walked up to a register without a line, but it still took over fifteen minutes to get two Italian beefs and two beers. There must have been at least 12 people (probably more like 20, but I didnt count them) in the concession stand standing around doing nothing. $40 dollars for two of the worst Italian beefs weve ever had and two beers - served by a rude and lazy staff. What a bargain! Im getting even more frustrated just writing this e-mail, so Im not even going to get into the rude security staff and the poorly thought out logistics of crowd flow inside Toyota Park. We paid $316 dollars for four tickets, ended up missing the first act (which was the one I wanted to see the most) due to the parking lot issues, missed most of the second act due to the rude and inefficient help at the concession stand and trying to get to our seats on the field. I go to 20-30 concerts a year, and over 60 college and professional sporting events for personal and business reasons, but Im going to go out of my way to tell everyone I can think of that they should NEVER go to Toyota Park. If I want to watch a soccer game, Ill go to the occasional games at Soldier Field or a DePaul game in Lincoln Park. Whomever manages your facilities should be fired.

This was my first MLS game and probably last one of the Chicago Fire. Lets start with the police doing a lousy job directing traffic, and once inside the parking area a surprise 20 dollars cash only(which I didnt have because I never carry cash and had to leave and find an ATM and make the line again) for parking in a unfinished lot with potholes and gravel everywhere, then another line to get inside the stadium. Nothing exciting about it, not what I expected for a professional league stadium. Then the seats have no dividers and were very uncomfortable. The food and drinks were not only very expensive but were not exciting or unique, just a mediocre menu option of common stadium food, and even though Fire won neither of the teams show an extraordinary play, maybe is time to bring some stars from other leagues the fans deserve after all this horrible services and amenities.

Very unorganized. The game was already 15 minutes in, and many of us were still in line trying to get in. And at the end of the game, when it was time to leave, it was chaos at the lot. No one was at the parking lot directing traffic. On top of that, they allow vendors to sell us props to cheer for our teams, only to tell us were not allowed to bring in such props THAT WERE SOLD TO US RIGHT OUTSIDE THE STADIUM leaving us with no choice but to throw away the things we literally purchased 10 feet away from the entrance point. Not only did we waste our money buying these props by failing to inform us such props werent allowed in the stadium, but they also broke my daughters heart by giving us no choice but to throw away her horn. And thats what upset the most. Very unimpressed.

Cool venue for concerts. However, $20 to park is ridiculous! If this place were accessible to public transportation, I would understand the parking fee but when driving is the option, $20 daily for a 3-day concert it is fairly steep. The parking fee was my only issue. The bathrooms were clean, which is always an issue at other venues. No bathroom lines!! Now, to get a drink, it was hit or miss. Day 1, I was in line for about 5-7 minutes (switched concession stands because they were not moving at the 1st concession stand), total time 10 minutes. Day 2, no line. Day 3, the parking fee took my last $20 so no drinks. Overall good experience but dont overcharge parking.

Love the park and the team is playing the best I have seen in years. The Parking and In/Out while a bit better than at its worst, it is still atrocious - forcing you where you do not want to be, making both entrance and exit really annoying and its totally inexcusable at this late date that this is STILL not sorted out. Maybe Bridgeview could invest some of the $20 parking fee to make this a more inviting situation. It literally makes me think twice about the hassle associated with the game ... I am really not whining - as a business person it remains just insane that it is still the most customer unfriendly parking anywhere.

Toyota Park is a very good venue for its main purpose of hosting Chicago Fire games. Architecturally Toyota Park isnt something out of the ordinary or flashy and new but I gets the job and there is not a bad seat in the place. Food and Drink choices are above average but are on the expensive side. Parking is also pretty expensive as well but the ticket prices for Fire games are priced about right. Some little things to note, the corner kick and supporters section are bench seating while the seating running the length of the field is chair seating.

Went to Toyota Park for Open Air 2017. Main lot was full by the time we got there so they directed us to a remote lot which was a grassy area about 2 blocks from main lot (still $20 to park). Glad we ended up in the remote lot! We were able to exit from the remote lot with none of the wait or chaos of the main lot. The venue itself was clean, personnel was friendly. Food and drink prices reasonable. Sound on main stage was good. The 2nd stage sound was so so. Had a great time seeing Ozzy, Slayer etc at Toyota Park.
