After purchasing the "Extreme" package for an 8 y/os birthday, my group arrived and from the beginning, there was chaos and confusion. All of the children were placed on 1 lane-after being told that 2 came with the package. I had to demand that both lanes be made available. The children bowled for almost 1.5 hours. While they bowled a couple of the children threw more than 1 ball down the lane. Immediately, the "mechanic" appeared--yelling in front of the children. When I asked that he tone it down-he became louder. I informed him that since he was Not the Host, nor a manager- he should remove himself from our section...and Stop scaring the children...he went on for another 10 minutes. The pizza arrived very late...and then the birthday cake had to be rushed- to allow the children to have time for all of the events. I and another parent started pouring the kids drinks because the hosts--2, were nowhere to be found. At that point I asked that the hosts remain at/in our location to serve the children. The third issue was that the package allowed for All of the events...Bumper Cars, Laser Tag & Balladium. I had to ask when this would start because we had been there for some time now. The host then announced that Laser tag would begin-and all of the kids should meet him at the area. When we got to the area, we were told to go to the bumper cars instead-then BACK to laser tag. Once they finally got it together, we were instructed to look at a very long video...and the host left. The video ended and the hosts Brought out 2 vest for the kids...then went back in and brought out 2 more. I asked why the children could not go into the area to put All of the vests on at once...after being in this Dark room for 20 minutes...and was told that the group before us was not finished with them. We finally were allowed to go in and I literally looked at my watch--2:36...and we began playing. At 2:44, it was OVER. I told them that the time was shorted and that I would be reporting this to the manager. Bumper cars went without a hitch and in the balladium- a couple of the guns Were Not Working...so the kids just started Throwing the balls at each other-which turned out to be more fun. Oh-the mechanic Came Back To Argue some more---even though the kids were finished bowling---to make us aware that HE was the one who had to fix the lanes...My response was "MOst people dont complain that they have more work to do". This location is Quite ghetto, we chose this over the Sandy Springs location because it had the Bumper cars...and I was expecting that it might be a little disorganized...but what I Did Not expect was that my children---and some Parents, would have to experience some loud, Ghetto, Intimidating and Scary Man to disrupt the entire experience..."The Mechanic" If this is What Stars & Strikes is Employing-then maybe they might want to adjust their costs--down.

My family and I visited this place for the first time on 3/25/17 Ill never go there again, not to the Stone Mountain location anyways. Everything was going great until I went into the bar to order food for my family. My sister and my best friend joined me at the table, in comes this large group of very small children that were accompanied by a loud ghetto woman who really wasnt watching them at all. The kids were jumping all over the seats, fighting each other and bouncing a giant ball they won out of one of the machines in the arcade. The next thing I know a ketchup bottle comes flying over the booth wall and hits my best friend, the second time an entire food menu flys over the wall.......now Im pissed because these bad ass kids are throwing whatever they pick up. I approached the girl and told her she needed to control the kids because they were throwing stuff over to my table. About 20 minutes later here comes the ghetto ass mother with her gf and she makes a comment to one of her children by saying "sit down cause I dont wanna have to beat nobody ass about saying something to yall"................I was trying to figure who the hell was she going to beat up when her zoo like children were the ones being unruly and she could careless. I ended my nite there, refused to pay for anymore meals, which by the way I ordered almost $100 worth of food. The manager voided some meals and I received a huge discount for my food smh I hate to say this because Im a black woman myself but thats the reason why I dont go anywhere where I know a lot of black people will be because there will always be that one ghetto trash chick in there making it hard for others to enjoy themselves and I bet any amount of money I spent way more than she did. The next time Ill go to the one in Buford but not Stone Mountain

Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service was awful. First order food for 4 people they refuse to offer assistance to carry food to table. While also seeing them offer assistance to certain customers thru out the remain of our visit. Food was hot & tasty with little to no wait also great attitude Taking my order unitl, we order again when we finally started bowling and it was cold and wrong got all lemon pepper which is supposed to be half hot as wells. Got alot of attitude when we ask for the rest of my order they missed (drinks) Then we per booked our bowling which was told it will be a hour and half wait ok cool , things got sticky when we were told, now at a two hours wait that we had 4-6people in front of us. So finally its time to pay very very very rude customer service and very very bad communicate from the managers on down to the employee. Manager didnt know about the weekly special which includes sunday which were also confusing. Everybody was saying diiferent things, the only good thing about this place is the game area for the kids it was friendly and none confusing also affordable which is why they only get one star. Shout out to the younge man who was working Sunday night at the bumpers cars very very awesome customer service on 2/21/215. forgot his name. For the amount of money me and my boyfriend spent all over this place (in each section) i regret staying. If it wasnt for ours kids we would. have been left after eating.

Took my birthday boy (13) and his five buddies there from 5--8 on a Friday night. We were impressed with all they had to offer, the brightness of the place (as opposed to some places that offer the same activities but are very dark inside) and the staff. The boys loved the multilevel laser tag the most and the bumper cars. They also enjoyed the arcade games. We did the Grand Slam package and they had a ton of fun for the money, plus enjoyed the pizza and coke while they bowled. We had a wonderful waitress. If you have younger kids Id recommend going earlier in the day or from 4-6 on a Friday as the clientele changed from 7:00 p.m. on. It was mostly families but there were a few guys walking around with bottled beer playing video games next to all the kids That felt a little uncomfortable. They could stand to have more staff walking around the arcade area when it got crowded because there were kids that seemed to be unattended and the grown men lurking around creeped me out. All in all a good experience and its nice to have something like this in Tucker. I hope they maintain it and improve the supervision on the arcade floor.
