I have a love hate relationship with this place. I want to love it but usually end up hating it. The place is gorgeous and very high end pub atmosphere. Most of the food is amazing but the pepperoni pizza is so hot it was almost unbearable. The other appetizers disappeared in seconds yet the pizza was the first item out and there was half left three hours later if that tells you anything. My burger was unreal and got one of the three stars above. Highly recommend it if you dig burgers. Be warned the weekend nights are INSANE and you could be in for a wait to bowl so come really early. This time I was there for a joint wedding shower at noon and we stood there looking dumb with no employee offering assistance so we finally sat ourselves only to be kicked out for a kids bday party who needed the bumper lanes. Wtf? Isnt this a 21 and up establishment? Never mind the Venus and Mars statues with lipstick kisses in very inappropriate places and a bathroom where you can see through into the other one. One of the guys scared a grandma from one of the childrens parties thinking he was in her bathroom. Guys just make sure enough zip up before you walk around the corner to the sink... Or dont cause that could be fun too. Anyway, we get bumped all the way to the other last two lanes and watch as 40 kids with their parents file in for a totally different and much bigger birthday party. They let them run amuck, screaming and horsing around through the whole place which is extremely distracting when trying to bowl. Then a nerf football sailed over onto our lane so we had to wait to have someone come remove the obstacle. I was annoyed. Dont think I would ever go back during the daytime because of the childrens parties and dont like the 3 hour wait to bowl on weekend nights so... Yea guess Ill stay away which is a bummer.

When first arriving the decor was absolutely beautiful the atmosphere seem fun and the waiters were going around like all was the buzz. We were there for a birthday party so it was almost 20 of us ...as the group started to come the waitress seemed as if she wasnt able to handle the volume she started getting snippy and sarcastic. Later someone ordered a drink and because the juice tastes sour she felt the need to tell us that it was fresh squeezed and not Tropicana. Weve then explained to her we dont even drink Tropicana and that was very childlike what she did... she took it a step further and brought over an orange. I then pointed out to her that orange look like a lemon because it was so bad and they should not be using those for drinks. Later I was standing behind the couch to take a selfie with some other ladies when the waiter Jeff wasted a drink and it splashed on my foot as I was approaching him to say "excuse me can you bring me a towel" he turned around and snapped at me while he sternly said I KNOW and walked off he then came back with a few towels but didnt offer me not a one and proceeded to wipe the floor ..I started to kick him while he was down cleaning the floor but I decided Id take the grown-up approach and report it to the manager which ended up being the owner Justin who was of course very apologetic. Kimberly who was our waitress was also apologetic I told Kimberly and Justin that that was my first time but I would give them a second chance. I was a little tired and I wasnt my normal self so Im going to chalk it up to my energy being off. Painted Pin is tucked away in the back of Miami Circle it seems like a cool place to hang out they have a lot of other parlor games like darts, machine basketball, and bocce ball I will try it again and see where it goes from there.

Energetic, Welcoming, & Entertaining!! The Painted Pin is truly one of a kind and I cant wait to go back!! I kept hearing about the spot via social media and just from the online images I was intrigued! I strolled around on a Wednesday evening just to take in the atmosphere and was met with an exciting vibe. The place was filled with music, booze, attractive people and a whole lot of happy faces. Aesthetically, the interior is truly immaculate. The ambience is set by careful design using rich texture, inviting colors, and an attractive staff. I went back on a Friday and had a chance to actually experience the place. The valet is remarkably efficient despite the large volume of patrons coming and going at any time! The waitstaff is pretty knowledgeable and attentive too. The bathroom is super cool and quite a surprise to everyone so play close attention to the mirrors when washing your hands! There are some cons, but they can be easily battled. 1) The venue hits capacity early on the weekends so after 7 you can pretty much guarantee a line down the block. The crowd is pretty cyclical so you wont be waiting in that line very long. Wear comfortable shoes even if youre not going to bowl because youll be waiting in line. GET THERE EARLY if you plan to bowl and prepare to enjoy a cocktail or three while you wait for an available lane! 2) The bar is always packed, and very fast-paced. but the bartenders are swift, so know what you want to drink when you get to the bar. Thumbs up... cant wait to celebrate my birthday here next month!

Celebrated my birthday at The Painted Pin on a Friday night. Very nice place to go for a fun night. You should go into this place expecting to spend more than you would at your average bowling alley for food and drinks. The wait for your lanes on any weekend night is going to be 1 - 2 hours however they have other games and comfy couches to sit, drink and wait for your lanes at. Your party is limited to 2 lanes per reservation on the weekend. You cannot schedule a private event during weekends (including Friday nights). The bathroom is hilarious and a good ice breaker to meet someone of the opposite sex through the see through glass where you wash your hands (you see through the glass to the opposite sexs bathroom). It is first come first serve so you should get there before 7 if you want to find a couch for your party. It was very cool to have a magician visit each table with tricks (make sure to tip). You can bring a birthday cake in and they will hold in the refrigerator until you need it. Valet is $2 and lanes are $35 each (split between 6 people). You have access to each lane for 2 hours on the weekend. Security is strict here which is very good, ensures safety. Come ready to mingle and have fun, its a posh bowling alley! The only down side is our server was a little slow taking our orders and was no where to be found at times so we were going to the bar to order more often.

After I spent several hundred dollars with a group of friends at painted pin, I was not expecting to be treated so rudely. Worst valet experience of my life. We came early before valet was there and snagged a spot at the Marlowe school right after their parking restriction ended. When leaving we saw our car was double parked. We asked a nearby valet guy, who said it was a valet car and he would go find out more, as his shift just started. The head of valet then told us they would not move the car they double parked in front of ours unless we pay $5. The spot had no valet signage, and we did not recieve the convenient service of our car being valeted, so we asked why cant you just move the other car to let us out. Meanwhile a group of women paid $2 for valet and we said wait... Is it 2 or 5? He said 5, the girls asked "do we need to pay more?" he said "no you are fine" to them. So we were discriminatorally charged for a service that we did not receive. Given the poor attitude of this gentleman I would not be surprised if he purposely instructs his employees to double park nearby lot cars so that he can extort money from unsuspecting folks. Sorry painted pin, you were a decent place, but I wont be returning after that send off.
