My experience while patronizing 300 Atlanta bowling alley was extremely poor. The facility setup was appealing and the bowling shoes were comfortable are the only nice factors about the venue. The service was horrible! There were at least 5 waitresses, 3 bartenders, 2 bus boys and 2 managers working, along with the 2 employees working the shoe/bowling ball area and the reservation counter. The table my party and I were waiting at for 45 minutes for a lane to be available was never cleaned of dirty dishes and empty glasses, even though multiple waitresses walked back and forth empty handed to talk with their co-workers. The majority (approximately 90%) of the bistro areas directly behind each lane was covered with empty and dirty drink glasses and plates. Unable to order from the bar, because it is backed up due to the bartenders meandering around, disorganized and entertaining personal conversation without the ability to multi-task. Decided to wait to place an order once assigned a lane, since I was told a waitress would be assigned to the lane. Had to speak to a supervisor to get an order taken, after waiting over an hour at the lane for someone to take our drink order. The “manager” offered no apology, explanation and was very abrupt. The drink and food orders were placed with the manager. The order was brought out in a reasonable time, but never did anyone come back to clean plates, glasses or take additional orders. Finally, the music selection was just okay due to how the music was arranged to play. Several artists had several of their song selections played back to back, instead of shuffling the artist and songs with each other. It began to sound very redundant and annoying. Will never return, especially since pitchers are no longer an option, but more so if I did want to pay their high prices for a drink/food I doubt I would be able to find a member of the staff willing to do their job!

Its a complete scam. You walk in with some of your friends and they hand you some shoes. Then a ball. Then youre very own waitress/waiter. You bowl two games. You have a few bud lights. You get the bill and its $400. They then add $61 dollars for gratuity on the total, not just for the drinks. You argue with the waitress. You then argue with the Manager. The Manager brings the total down to $390 and acts like she just did you a favor. You then ask your wife to step outside to relax because you are afraid she might assault a few of the staff. You and your friends want to split the total onto 5 debit cards. The staff says you can only split it onto three forms of payment. You pay. You leave never wanting to enjoy what once was an affordable form of entertainment and cant wait to get home so you can file a complaint with the BBB.

Ill be repeating a lot of the earlier reviews, but this place is not where you want if you simply want to bowl anymore. This place used to be a decent bowling alley years ago. However, theyve undergone a severe overhaul, getting rid of their pool tables, upgrading their bar, and negleting their bowling lanes. The atmosphere now is a pseudo-club where you have the option of bowling. There is generally a cover charge, drinks, games, and shoe rentals are overpriced, customer service is mediocre at best, and gratuity is automatically added (regardless of how decent the service might have been). The lanes are often sticky or slippery, and a few of the boards are warped. Avoid this place if youre wanting to enjoy bowling at a decent price. Any place without a pro shop (like this) isnt worth considering.

I would highly recommend NOT going here. This was my first time at this bowling alley and we will not be returning. The customer NO-service were all short-tempered, snobby & rude when we could actually find someone that actually worked there. For being such a nice looking place on the inside, you would not expect so much hostility, chaos & confusion. All the prices were completely ridiculous: bowling, rental, food & drinks. We planned a last minute Bday party for a good friend & they charged us $25 for bringing our own cake, plates utensils etc...! Plus were were not even allowed to split the bill whatsoever (we had about 20 peops!)! So go there if you want to be ripped off & degraded, otherwise steer clear!!

Horrible place to go. I attended the ludacris event and from the beginning it was completely unorganized. The managers were no where to be found when I needed them. There was not enough staff for the event. I waited to order for so long and then asked a young lady who was passing could she take my order. No ones food was coming out in a timely manner. I literally will not spend my money here again until the management changes. However on a 2 star note the place looks nice and plays nice music. Just dont book a big event . They can not handle it.

ripoff $10 bucks cover charge $5 shoes $8 per person a game $6.50 for corona my total over 40 bucks with tax and tip for two rounds of bowling and cheap beer. Thats just for me, I had 4 friends with similar bills. You dont get a private lane (you share a center console with another lane), like all other bowling alleys. The pin machine broke 3 times during the second game too. I just wanted to bowl and get a drink with friends for that I could have gotten a steak, wine, and maybe dessert

Honestly for the price I payed I expected a little bit more. Throughout the 3 frames Ive played the equipment broke twice, plus I didnt really enjoy the 90s hip-hop music that played the whole night. A little diversity would not hurt. Furthermore the manager annoyed me a bit with his constant attempts to upsale me. I mean its pricey enough already. Other than that I would like to complement them for the excellent food which was way better than the usual at a bowling alley.

Since this because a AMC owned location management has brought pricing back into acceptable levels. Discounted pricing is available on most nights and unlimited bowling on Mondays. The lanes are well maintained and the facilities are modern. Finally this location is worthy of a recommendation. Just make sure you visit on off days to avoid loud crowds. They lose a star for lousy service both slow and inadequate and sometimes quite rude.

Bowling lane was good. When we wanted to play a 2nd game, there was really no one around to help us with that. Eventually we found some random guy who works there to charge us for 2 more games and set it up for us. As for the food, the service was SLOW. The place wasnt even crowded. I ordered 1 small appetizer that shouldnt take more than 10 minutes to make. However, it took 30 minutes for them to bring out.

Expensive!!! This is not a family friendly location especially on a Friday nite. We took our family of 5 and paid way too much for the shoes, 1 game of bowling and food. Thank God for the coupons some one placed in my daughters hand. We would have been well in debt just for some wings and a couple of drinks. Club atmosphere is not the best for youth. If you are over 21 and under 30...this is your place.
