I second many of the other reviews about the horrible customer service here. Came here on a Sunday with my family, and after we bowled a couple of frames I went to put a dollar in the juke box. My song played for about 2 seconds before they cut the power to the entire juke box. I went over to the front desk and asked why the juke box was turned off, and they said there was a tournament going on so they didnt want any music playing. That seemed reasonable to me, and it also seemed reasonable that I should get my dollar back since there were no signs on the jukebox indicating it was off-limits due to the tournament. Employee, and then the owner, both came over and stated they were absolutely not going to give me my dollar back and emphatically pointed to a sign near the desk that said no refunds. I understand it was only a dollar, but the point is they took my money and gave me nothing in return for it. Theres a word for that. I could have just as easily put $5 or $10 in the juke box, and this place would be perfectly fine with pointing to their no refund sign and keeping my money. The owner finally slapped a dollar on the counter from his own pocket, but did it very rudely and made clear I was the one who was wrong. I took my family and immediately left rather than feed his pockets further. We intended to stay for several games, but this establishment doesnt care - they are willing to lose $30-$40 over a dollar bill, because here the customer is apparently wrong. Later found out that both bowling alleys in town are apparently owned by the same owner - wont be back to either of them.

Ive bowled all over the country and Classic Bowling Center is the least expensive bowling alley Ive ever been to. You would think this would come with a corresponding poor quality of the establishment, but youd be wrong. They have brand new (mid-2016) touchscreen scoring systems, clean/straight lanes, and a good selection of balls. Customer service is always friendly. Its a shame bowling isnt as popular as it used to be, because this place should be packed given the great value it provides Rome.

Bowling at Classic Bowling Center is lots of fun. Along with family and friends we go bowling every Sunday. We mainly do it for fun. But we are considering of starting our own league. By far we are not pros but at least we are having fun.Its a clean establishment. The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you have never been bowling then you ought to give a try. For one its fun and two its fun exercise. It strengthens your legs and arms.

Service was awful the old man with the blue hoodie on got smart with my sister because she was paying with cash and saying everyone was getting on his nerves! The little young boy and the little black boys were fussing with each other around customers!! Just had bad customer service and professionalism!!

Prices were good, but water was expensive, also an employee who was smoking inside told us that we could not use the bumpers and because of this our bowling experience was ruined due to the fact that we are not good at bowling but wanted to improve.

Nice Lanes, Brand new score Keepers, and always so clean. ProShop guy is really helpful picking out the right ball to help me get better.

Sundays are for professionals so theres limited lanes and its super busy. The food & beer is always good though.
