My family tried to plan a party here for Saturday February 16th 2013 we called them in the 2nd week of January we finally got a hold of Linda the lazy party planner a week later she completely screwed us over. We tried to contact her at least 10 to 15 times and could only get her on the phone 2 times. Mind you this is for our daughter 1st birthday party. If anyone was thinking of having a party her good luck I wish u luck. The bowling is fine theirs no problem its a nice place to bowl. The bowling is great here but I dont get what was so hard to book a party for us or even tells us no. Northwest Lanes do your self a favor and get a new party planner youll start making more money I promise that.

Called in advance before going there to ensure open bowl was available since the recording was different than website. Upon arriving I was waiting for 15 minutes to find out of I could bowl with my 5 year old. The manager was saying to the associate that a large party was coming 2 hours later and that I might not be able to. I informed them of the 40 minute drive and advanced phone call and the manager told me to chill out and wait. I walked out without ever bowling. Its obvious now why they have to keep prices so low since the customer service was horrible.

Wednesday Nights are fun! Its all you can bowl for $5 from 9:30-12! They have Drink Specials ($4 Bombs!) and the guy who bartends the outside volleyball bar in the summer (who made some shot that he named after himself and it is AMAZING = You gotta try one) works the bar inside, on Wednesdays! =) Good Times @ Northwest Bowl!!!

I recommend Northwest Lanes to all families! We had the best time for my daughters 10th birthday party. Perfect atmosphere, kid friendly and very reasonable prices. It was our first time there and it wont be our last. Thank you so much to the staff for such a wonderful experience for our visit there. You guys rock!

Food is good, the place is clean... only problem with the lanes is that some of the side rails dont come down. This was only an issue for me on New Years Eve, though. Shouldve gotten there earlier; the building can be quite packed at times!

I love this place! We play volleyball here in the spring/summer and bowl here in the winter. Spring volleyball bartenders are always great. Indoor sometimes get overwhelmed in the winter/fall, a little slower.

This place its awesome! $5 all you can bowl tuesday and wednesdays, and cyber bowling on thursdays and fridays. I have bowled leagues there for 3 years. Its clean and people are nice. Always a great time.

Great prices, and very friendly staff. Only reason I have 4 stars, is you cant purchase bowling supplies at this bowling alley, and the floor is getting pretty bad, but its a great place for your family.

Okay bowling alley, but the all you can bowl after 9pm your at the mercy of the lane operator. They will move your lanes without warning and mess your pattern all up, cheap alcohol. Good food.

I usually bowl here, as the prices are the best in the area for what you get. The staff is friendly and the beer is cold. Its a larger complex compared to other places.
