Never in my life have I been racial profiled, myself as well as a few other parents were with our children doing what we THOUGHT were enjoying our night. While going to the restroom I noticed that I smelled marijuana and came back to my table. As we laughed and the children played a police officer walked up to our table saying they were called and directed to us saying we were smoking marijuana. They asked for our IDs and went too smell our purses and belongings and DID NOT smell anything, because it wasnt us!!!!! They then told us that due to the call we would have to leave. We gathered our children that were playing and we did exactly what the officer said and left, because they were not leaving until we left. I have never been embarrassed so bad in my life for something that I didnt do or that I even indulge in. I will never support this place again because before accusing someone of doing something you should probably do the research and investigate the evidence first. If they would have took the time out to come talk to us they would have known just like the officer did that we werent the ones smoking because you can smell marijuana and you can tell when someone is "high"! This was the worst experience I have ever had and then to wake up and my card was charged for EVERYONE games and shoes without my signature was the icing on the cake. This place is a joke.........

I arrived at 8:30p, which I later found out was during promotional hours of unlimited bowling $10.98/person after 8pm..... but for some reason I was not only charge for 4 games but advised that I would need to pay the additional $11 or continue to be charged per game. I asked for the manager and of course, she was the manager. Catherine looked me in my face and answered my questions advising.... YES we typically let customers know what deals are being ran at the time of purchase.... and yes although we keep charging your card for each game, you will still need to pay an EXTRA full price for something we should have already offered you. But its ok. Thank you for ruining my evening after I was so excited about bowling. I will be sure to NEVER visit your facility again. And just a tip, if you dont want people to know about the current promotions being ran because you want a bigger profit, you should move the sign just a tad bit, not much, because you almost succeeded at ensuring I didnt see it during my visit. But I noticed it just minutes before I was about to pay for 6 games, so lucky for me you only got me for 4.

I truly believe this company is taking advantage of the community which supports it- Your food stand proceeded to try and charge me 20.43 for an order of chicken wings and fries with a drink. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS AND IN NEED OF A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REPORT. There is no way in the world that this order should have cost this much money- it is not comparable with any other establishment in the area or state. Its time to make immediate changes and stop taking advantage of people who are looking to this company for family entertainment.

We have been having parties at this bowling alley for about 8 years and now that is under new ownership as of last year. They are much more expensive the per kid is the same but now they charge a huge service fee even though the service is less(less employees). They make you pay for everything in advance because they told me they were afraid that we would not pay(no Trust). This will be the last party for us. That is to bad in the past it was a good place to have one.

I have been bowling at Brunswick Zone Austell for approximately 12 years and have never had a bad experience, and any minor problems were always reconciled by a very friendly and attentive staff.The establishment is always very clean and the lanes are always in good condition.Brunswick Zone Austell will always be the first choice for bowling. Safe,Friendly and very well maintained.

This is a great bowling alley. The staff is always nice especially Wanda. The lanes are always clean and the lanes always seem to operate extremely well. The building seems to be a little dated, but it makes up for it by it having very little problems once you are inside. Top notch alley!

Love this place! Good fun with family and friends. They had a deal this summer $15 for 3 games and shoes every day for the whole summer. Your first visit is worth $15 so everything else is a bonus!

Fun place to go and surprisingly inexpensive. May not be as flashy and dressed up as some newer and more expensive places, but if youre goal is simply to bowl, Id definitely recommend.

I enjoy these lanes a lot. They have a pro shop and the bar/lounge area has recently been renovated. The have league play most days of the week if not every day.

Great Lanes, They have tournaments during the week, so call ahead and ask for lanes... and if they are available... the oil is so fresh and clean... I love it.

Clean, but over priced food and drinks. Bowling is great. Problems are solved quickly. Usually can get a lane. Bathrooms are small and locks are broken.
