I bowled in this house this past weekend for the Georgia state Queens tournament. While the shot was awful, that comes with the territory for a tournament of this caliber. However, it was very ill staffed and managed by the staff ad Junction Lanes. There werent enough lane attendants to keep up with the scoring, dropping pins, not set pins and breakdowns. Given that the pace was extremely slow, so slow in fact that after our first 2 games our set was nearly an entire game behind the rest of the tournament. There were no lane servers to bring us food or drink. This is a big deal at a tournament such as this, because you arent permitted to leave the lanes. I actually bowled 3 games before someone elses spectator offered to fetch a cold drink for me as well. The pit area was very dirty, sticky and clearly unwashed from the previous day. The setup is confusing for people because the spectator seats are in/on the same tile as the pit area, which is supposed to be ONLY for bowlers. Its a safety issue. However, I saw young children with sippy cups, husbands and many other non bowlers occupying and running around in the bowlers pit area. Before we could start the tournament, a staff member from the house had to come out and sweep the approaches of 6 lanes which were dusty and dirty. Lastly, I saw with my own eyes a staff member retrieve a dead wood pin from 3/4 of the way down the lane and step both feet on the oiled lane during game 5. I was just glad that I didnt have to bowl on that pair. I would think that being chosen to host a state Queens or any other USBC sanctioned tournament would be cause for extra effort on the part of the house, as to me I would think its an honor.... However, the effort I saw was less than should be afforded any patron, much less USBC tournament bowlers. Our state tournament is actually there next month. Since I am already signed up and have to bowl there, they will get another chance from me.... But, if the conditions are not better, I will never bowl there again.

Our experience was terrible. The cashiers were rude from the time we walked in to the time we left. We had a large group of 17 family members and we paid for 3 lanes and 17 people to bowl. Therefore, the manager (Bob) told us we would have to have 5 people on one lane, 6 people on the other two lanes. However, during the middle of one of our games, they shut it off. So we politely went to ask what happened to our game? Right when we approached the register, before we could even get a word out our mouths the cashier rudely put her hand up & her exact words were "Um I already know why yall are coming up here, we cut off your game cause you had to many people." Wow. Funny they didnt mention that when we paid for all this? So to cut the story short we asked to speak with the manager (Bob) again. Furthermore, the cashier named (Victoria) asked for Bob and her exact words were "Bob you better get up here now for I have to hit someone??!" Wow. How professional. Verbally threatening your customers. Anyways, it led to a huge argument with our family. Point is we spent a lot of money & we didnt pay all that money to be mislead, disrespected and ripped off. If I could give Junction lanes in Newnan Ga no stars I definitely would.

Pitiful customer service!!! We had a large group of 17 ppl and were told 6 ppl on 2 lanes and 5 on another. We were not aware it mattered what lane we put the ppl in. It was 6 on one, 5 on another & 6 on the other. The games were shut off on us early. & rather than correct the issue and let us bowl and finish the games we paid for, the manager/supervised wants to argue with us that we did it wrong? I am sorry we didnt know if paying for that many people it matters which lane has the least on it!!! Ridiculous!!! Also employee was heard telling the manager/superviser he needed to get over there before she hits someone!!! Very unprofessional and tacky way to run a business. Will never patrionage this establishment again nor recommend it!

Worst experience ever. We had a reserved bowling party and neither bowling lane would work. One of their employees told us the lanes had not been working properly for three months. We were made to wait for a mechanic to show up. They did not offer any alternatives for the kids to do while waiting for the lanes to be fixed. My son was in tears that his party had been ruined. When we asked to be moved we were told we had to wait on the waiting list with all other patrons. When we asked to speak with the manager he refused to leave his office to come speak with us. We were never even given an apology and our request for a discount was denied. Save your money and go to Monkey Joes!!!

Their website says that people spend 1-3 hours here and thats not a joke! Its because they do not follow through with the estimated wait times. I realize the day 45 minutes to an hour but after an hour and a half and still are told theres another 35 minutes to an hour. Thats a bit off AND the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! A snappy "Im doing the best I can" in an I dont care attitude doesnt cut it! I ask for the manager and she says shes the manager when I ask for the owners name Im told Ryan . Ryan who? Nope wont tell you she just gives me a card to another manager! If there was a lower rating than 1 star thats what Id give

We were here Friday, March 18th. My wife fell while bowling and broke her ankle. The attendant came by and asked what happened. I explained that she had fallen and she thought she had broken something. The next question out of his mouth was, " can we get her off the lane?" Now she is laying there sweating and nauseous from mild shock, and their concern is that she is in the lane... They have no chairs that roll so we could move her around and offered no assistance what so ever. I understand its a bowling alley, but at least have some kind of compassion for people.

Good place to spend an hour or two with kids, or to have fun indoors on a hot or rainy day. Friendly staff, clean facility and fair prices. Bowling, indoor mini-golf, & arcade with ticket based prizes. Has reasonable concession area with tables and a bar. Have bowled here several times and everything went smoothly. Only issue Ive had is hard finding bowling balls with large enough finger holes, and some of the balls are a bit beat up. They have lighter weight balls behind counter for kids, which is nice. Will be back!

Rude attendants and terrible serive. Cut our lanes off in the middle of a game and said we had too many people on the lane but we had receipts for every person that bowled. They refused to cut our lane back on. Awful service. DO NOT come here if you dont want to be ripped off. They were very disrespectful and one employee named Victoria told the manager named Bob that she would hit us. When we confronted Bob about the incident he claimed it never occurred. Junction Lanes is a very disrespectful establishment.
