HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I called on Friday December 2nd, 2016 to book a party for the 11th. I spoke with a polite person named Sydney. We got all the details worked out and she ended the call with "I have everything booked and will email you a proposal today". That failed to happen, so I called back on Monday, close to 5pm to follow up. I spoke to Dennis who holds the title general manager. He informs me that Sydney messed up and that there is a bowling tournament on the 11th and they may not be able to fit us in. Then proceeds to tell me that Sydney has only been working there for a week and a half. He promised that he was going to check to see what he could do and call me right back. After almost an hour I called back. Thinking maybe he got my number wrong. When he answered he told me he was trying to reach his assistant manager. He then starts appoligizing that they can not do the party. He tells me that they just dont have the staff for the party. Followed by him telling me that Sydney was told not to schedule any parties on the 10th or the 11th. He was out of town, he didnt know she scheduled anything. When I asked could he recommend another venue, that he must have associates in the bowling business that could maybe help out. He told me that he did. Which went from him calling said associates to wanting to give me the number to call. I explained to him that should be a call he should make and work out since I was already promised a reservation. He offered me an $80 value session for 4 kids to bowl at another time, but not Sunday the 11th. I booked a party for 10 kids! I declined because that did not do anything for the party I had already invited people to. He then goes on with, well for this kind of party youre supposed to book it 2 weeks in advance. When I originally called the unknown man that answered the phone told me that parties had to booked 9 to 10 days in advance. On top of that no one even bothered to call me to tell me there was an issue. I had to call them to be told. I believe this Dennis guy (general manager) has an excuse for everything. Apparently he is doing so well for Fairfield Lanes that he did not need my $130.00 for the party, or additional money from extra pizzas and drinks that would have been purchased by the adults of the 10 children that were attending. Plus the tip for the staff would have gotten for doing the party. I promised him I would tell all my friends about his business practices. Please consider yourself my friends.

loved it i went here with my fellow project life 201 group and 101 guys last friday for an outing for my second year its a lot better than the one we went to last year which was in Hamilton and that other place sucked! everything was run down and not kept up very well and the employees did bad things that were very inappropriate! but not this place this place was awesome! Definitely 5 stars!!!!! :-D

The food here is abysmal, eat somewhere beforehand. The appeal is in the nicely performing lanes and somewhat decent location. Good price and average prices for alcohol with a friendly staff. Oh if you like the MTV years where they actually played Music videos, youll enjoy cosmic bowling. Seriously the music is a blast from the past (not always in a good way).

Winter fun day - We finally took out 5 yr old bowling and we loved every minute of it. I requested bummers for myself which should have boded well for everyone. They didnt seem to have many smaller sized bowling balls but everything was in fine working order. Clean and fun

They have computerized scoring and a bar. The best feature is the cheap games and rentals specials that they run. Surprisingly, they have open bowling on Friday nights until midnight! The best place around for the money.

Always have a great time, except that they charge SALES tax on to go food orders.. so they are giving the city of Fairfield extra money or there keeping it them selves. Either way. Great place to take the family.
