My daughter loves this place but unfortunately we will never go again. It saddens me to report that I watch a mother of three receive the worst customer services that I have ever seen in my entire life. She approached the counter in a very cheerful mood and was greeted with a very dry hello from and employee that obviously hates her job. The mother then informed the employee that she paid for her tickets online and proceeded to show her the confrontation number. The employee without even looking at the one woman (she also barely even glanced at her confirmation number) proceeded to explain to the woman with a very rude attitude that her children could not jump bc she was unable to find her in her system. When the lady tried to show her that she had proof of her purchase the employee quickly dismissed her and told her that she would have to repay. I was observing the situation in silence not realizing that my 2 year old daughter was watching also until she tapped me and asked "mommy why are they not being nice to that lady?" I tstood speechless as I watch the woman obviously embarrassed and shocked about how she was being treated rush to leave the facility with her kids (the youngest one in tears.) I cant help but wonder what type of family establishment would treat a paying customer with children so harshly. Needless to say my daughter did not get the opportunity to jump at Sky Zone today. Instead I spent my day driving to Southern Belle Farm and then Above the Air Trampoline Park (FYI its way better the sky zone) and the rest of my time was spent trying to explain to a 2 year old how some people are not nice to others just because they look a little different from us or may not have as much money as us. Thank you Sky Zone for forcing me to teach my two year old the evil ways of this world at such a young age.

I had to write a review. It seems that the owner reads them. First time party of 6 of all ages. The number sytem is a good idea based on ages for the games. It helps the little ones being dominated by the big ones. However my number "1" was the only one at the park at the time. She was not able to play dodge ball. Not to mention thats the only game she could play for her age. My older ones had a blast. They only complaint that its not alot of variety. After 30 minutes it gets pretty boring. We paid for one hour. We get the squares on the trampoline for freestyle bounce, but felt really nervous you would hit someone when coming down. Its not very freestyle. Whats point of a trampoline when you only have a small square next to someone. That needs to be rethought. Not user friendly or freestyle. May be great for exercise class, but not play. Again they should have more games overall especially for the little ones. So to call it family park is a bit of a stretch because you cant be with your family for games unless you are all the same ages. After being persistant I was offered a free pass for my "1" to come back during toddler time. Therefore toddlers are not recommended coming unless its toddler time. I think. Most likely wont come back just because of their not alot of variety. If so, only 30 minutes. Its priced on the high side too for whats offered.

Booked a party during spring.break for 12:30 (they opened at 12). Checked the night before and there were tons of online tickets left...like around 75. Some parents tried to order extra tix for other siblings and it wouldnt let them!!! One error message would say "quantity too much" ...for just 1 ticket! Or it wouldnt let you even put in an amount. It made for a very unpleasant birthday experience because the parents tried to order at the venue and they were sold out the munute the door opened at 12! Plus I didnt get the 10% discount for a Tuesday party because it was spring break, yet because of the ticket hassel, I think I should have. The manager said theyve had online ticket problems but Ive heard theyve had problems since opening. I even won one of those VIP tickets for opening day but couldnt order a ticket for my other son to jump and when we showed up, of course all tix were sold out! So we never even got to use that ticket (good for that day only) that i also had to spend an afternon going to pick up before opening day. Long story short, the party was okay, but the online ticket hassel and extremely overcrowded time slot of 12:30 on spring break was not worth the money spent. Skyzone Mcdonough needs to work out their online issues!!

Loads of fun for all ages....(well maybe not adults unless there are adult jump times)... we celebrated a birthday there today. We had a party of 11 jumpers, pizza was good, unlimited drinks a T-shirt and button for birthday boy. A little chaotic during check in but all was good. Then came time to jump most of the party was 11-14, apparently each sticker has a letter on it for the area to jump, well one area was 10 younger, and the other was 15 older... nothing for the group of kids, finally got that situated so my suggestion is that a letter be assigned to the party group also... over all a good experience and mom didnt have to do everything big BONUS:) we had two young girls as our party host and they were super nice, talked with the kids and knew sports enough to please our boy(he says go Cavs). Thank you!! Oh, yeah there was also a problem with the online Evites but when it was brought to my attention and I made immediate contact with Sky Zone and they took care of it immediately....

I visited this location on Saturday for Toddler Time and really enjoyed it. Since my sons birthday was coming up I asked the event planner if I could schedule his birthday party with them. She let me know about the packages and gave me her information. A few weeks later I called to schedule the party but instantly changed my mind once I was greeted by a young lady with a terrible attitude. I let her know that I spoke with someone about the party package and what I specifically wanted. She seemed very annoyed and impatient with me. I understand that its early and I may be asking to many questions but hey its my sons birthday I just want to make sure his birthday is perfect and we dont show up to a crappy party because someone was too annoyed to answer my questions. Im sure if the shoe was on the other foot she would be just as concerned as I am before she shells out a few hundred dollars. Thanks for such great customer service. I will be taking my money else where!

Seriously worst experience ever. The staff members were so rude & when we went to the manager she was even more rude. We paid $30 to jump ( we were there for a birthday party ) just for them to tell us we had to sit on the sides ( they were not busy at all ) . The employees were chewing gum which whatever , but there was gum stuck to the trampolines , the staff had the worst attitude I went to a counter for help 2 of them just looked at me then walked away , the other three stood in a circle talking gossip for a good 5 minutes before they noticed I was getting frustrated. When we asked what did we pay for if we werent aloud to jump they said they told us the rules and they were posted 1 they did not tell us ANY rules 2 it was our first time there . Such an awful experience I was excited to go Ive been wanting to go it was a waste of money and we felt so un welcomed. Will definitely never go to this location again.
