Bought ticket for two and was sitting in the balcony. Half way through the show music started "BOOMING" drowning out the performer and my date and I could not hear what was being said. I asked the employee who was sitting on the balcony and after a few minutes he said he would go alert management. The music was lowed for 5 minutes and then returned louder than before ruining our experience. Addressed the issue with the manager and she was not empathetic, i.e. did not really care, I insisted she take my phone number and have a senior manager call me. No one called. Management could care less that my experience had been ruined! Money wasted!

Today was my first time at The Earl Smith Strand Theatre. I experienced "A Christmas Tradition" show and it was absolutely amazing! Not only was the performance great, but also the cast members were fantastic and spot on! I read some of the cast members stories and accomplishments in the program given to us before the show and it blew me away that some of the cast members are high school students. Even the middle school students inn todays show were amazing as well! Im looking to my next visit at the Earl Strand Theatre and who knows, I may just stumble upon some of the cast members in the neighboring cities.

Historic 1930s art deco theatre. Excellent mix of live events and classic movies. Get there early to hear the Theatre Organ! This is one of the few theatres in Georgia, aside from the Atlanta Fox, that *has* a theatre organ.

They booked minors without telling them who they shared their venue with, two open bars. To top it off, they would not refund their money! The senior class lost $1,800 just trying to book a prom venue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Piano player was pretty amateur. Place felt ridiculously cramped, and navigating the floors was like a maze. Its got a weathered feel to it which is kind of nice, but at the same time it feels like its falling apart.

Nice on the inside. We went to see a Christmas tradition which is more of a musical. It was not what we thought we were going to see but it turned out pretty well. Earl strand theatre does a great job!

Great local hidden gym! Great place for a show, or a nice relaxing evening upstairs at Lumiere Piano lounge. Classic cocktails in a sophisticated 1920s atmosphere. Good service, as well!

They open up their balcony on most Friday and Saturday nights for "Brew with a View". Its a great way to start the weekend. Red Hare brewery sponsors it and theres always live music.
