This is a great venue for smaller productions. Recently, parking lot access at the adjacent lot/deck has under-performed and Georgia Tech should address this because it is an unreasonable and unpleasant burden. Recent performance of C.S. Lewis "Most Reluctant Convert" had adjacent streets gridlocked because of extremely slow parking lot admittance. For this reason show up early to shows. The theater itself warrants 5 stars. Cozy, no bad seats and acoustics are better than most Atlanta venues (which isnt saying much, lol). Music, dance, theater, poetry and stage artists are well presented at the Ferst Center. Highly recommend. Over the years we have enjoyed seeing the following acts at the Ferst Center: BBVD (Big Bad VooDoo Daddy), the Munich Symphony Orchestra, Jake Shimabukuro, Penn & Teller, Flying Karamazov Bros., Bill Cosby, Pilobus, Paula Poundstone, and others...

Attended the Banff Film Festival at the Ferst Center 3/19/12. The theater is great and the show was awesome unfortunately we were literally stuck in the south side parking lot for 50 minutes trying to get out because of a horrible automated parking system. To make matters worse I noticed the Parking Management truck sitting at the top of the parking lot doing nothing to assist people to exit. After 45 minutes of waiting the parking manager finally got out of his truck and let the few remaining cars out of the lot. Horrible parking, cant recommend the Ferst Center!

The Ferst Center sold me tickets to an event, but I didnt see until after the purchase that they were already sold out. They never clarified the matter. I filed a charge back only for them to claim I didnt pick up the tickets at will call. They stole $69 and provided nothing in return. My experience was unprofessional and costly. I suggest avoiding this venue.

Great medium sized concert hall. They attract great performances. They open the doors 15 minutes prior to the show, so if you need to arrive early to pick up tickets, expect to stand around waiting. Parking is convenient on campus and the walk isnt too far.

It mainly features a theater, although there is student artwork on the walls. Artists from all over can make a request to show their work. The quality of entertainment available from the past is astounding and I cant wait until the 2013-2014 season starts!

great little venue. seats are comfortable and theater is clean. located in center of georgia tech campus. Went there for a Princeton Triangle club performance and the venue was just the right size for the crowd and the level of production.

Theatre space based on Georgia Techs campus. Lobby is recently renovated to be more open, welcoming, and aesthetically-pleasing. Well placed in Midtown Atlanta for touring groups. Great for raves.

Nice, clean theater. I got to see the live filming for the Inventure Prize 2016 as well as the university orchestra. Both quite different moods, both well housed.
