BEWARE .....We went to see Sisters about a month ago . We got there early so we could get a good seat. We usually sit on back row but there were some older people on the end and we didnt want to disturb them so we chose the 2nd to the last row. The movie starts and 20 minutes into the movie these 2 drunk ladies stumble in and cant figure out where to sit and end up sitting behind me and my husband. They begin carrying on a very loud conversation that never stops. We decided to ignore them. They never stopped talking. I turned around slightly hoping they would get a hint. They didnt. Finally after 30 minutes I had had enough. I turned around and asked them nicely to be more quiet that we couldnt hear the movie over them. The 1 lady sat forward and got in my face and told me she was having a f•••••• conversation and no she will not shut up. I immediately get up and get a manager and explain the situation. She follows me in and walks up next to me where we are sitting and says ... she said u guys are talking loudly furing the movie is that true ? They deny it and she looks at me and my husband and tells us that we should move. WHAT? We told here that there was nowhere else to sit except for front row. Assistant Manager leaves they continue talking only not as loud, but continued to kick the back of my seat the rest of the movie. It was the worst movie experience I ever had. When leaving we saw the Manager of this establishment and asked if we could talk to him about how the assistant manager handled the situation. He then told us that we were lying that him and the assistant manager sat through the rest of the movie and the ladies did nothing. I told him that they were kicking my seat. He told me that I should have gotten back up and come and told them. Really ?? I then politely told him that I really think they need to handle situations like that better. The entire time we were talking to him he is scrolling through his phone and looking down. Very unprofessional. Anyways he tells my husband and I that if we dont leave he will call the police. I told him that that was uncalled for we were just talking to him. He lifted his phone and said he was vslling the police and that they were on there way. I shook my head and told him that if this is the way customers are treated here that we would never be back. We have seen alot of movies at this theater but we would never be back. I would rather drive to SSI than pay and be treated that way... Think twice before going to this Theater.

I saw the 2000 showing of Batman vS Superman on Saturday, March 27. I attempted to see it on March 26, but it was sold out. We decided to purchase the tickets for March 27 and were informed that no seat reservations were being taken. We were told to just show up early to get a good seat. We obliged and showed up an hour early to be first in line and get our seats. 10 minutes before our show is about to begin, a family shows up and tells us we are in there seats, that they had reserved them. After we refused to move explaining that there were no reservations for the movie, they got management. After being embarrassed as the movie is about to begin, I had to ask the manager if we could step outside instead of arguing in the theater. The manager just tells me that the clerk who helped us must have made a mistake and that there was nothing she could do. She said we had to vacate our seats and move to our assigned seats. She offered any available seats, but it was sold out. We had separate transactions and were only able to sit together because someone didnt show up for the movie. I was angry because we live 45 minutes away and made it a point to attend your theater, twice, and showed up early and was still treated second rate. My wife had to explain to our son that we had to move and move all our things to our "new" seats in the dark as the previews were running. I fully understand that mistakes happen, and this is clearly that case. I also believe that how we attempt to fix our mistakes defines us. We drove 45 minutes both ways two days in a row, spent nearly $60, and showed up an hour early only to be kicked out of our seats, embarrassed, and told "theres nothing we can do, you have to move". My family and I were treated poorly and I am asking how you can fix what was supposed to be a great experience at your theater. If this is how we can expect mistakes to be handled at your theater, we will not be returning. I have attempted to contact the theater via email several times but have been unable to get through.

Ive been attending this theater for over a year now. Ive seen 10+ films here. Overall the theater is clean, easy to maneuver and using the ticket kiosks is super convenient. You can also reserve seats and tickets ahead of time for certain showings. The seating has been updated and the film quality is to todays standards. With that said, this review overall gets an average star rating mainly based on the customers and not the theater itself. Recently I went to see the film Split at 10pm at night. Me and my boyfriend assumed the late showing would be best, assuming their would be a smaller crowd and more adults. The complete opposite was the case. We were in a packed theater with younger viewers mainly. There were small groups of teenagers sprinkled through out who kept getting up to sit next to friends. Two security officer had to stand watch and on several occasions they had to escort kids out for being loud, cursing and walking through out. At one point the officer said "the next one who gets up out of their seat will leave the theater," while the film was playing. Ive noticed in the past months teenagers loitering outside and goofing off. Its utter chaos. This is coming from a 30 year old. But I also have children and cannot believe the amount of them that were out at 12am in the morning (the movie ran for 2 hours or so). Tonight I will be forced to go see John Wick 2 here as St. Simons is not playing it. If I had the choice I would go to the theater on the island instead. Or maybe Ill drive the extra 30 minutes to the Florida Border. To sum it up, avoid weekend showings of popular movies in this theater. Unless its a hardcore film like Star Wars youll find that some of the viewers are just there to socialize and break their curfews. Its sad to say but I dread going here now with the thought of wondering if Ill get my moneys worth.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any movie theater. i arrived here on a Saturday night excited to spend an afternoon with my sister. After I paid for two tickets to see Dont Breathe and began to make my seating selection a few seconds later I was told by the employee to, " hurry up and pick your seat " I paid extra for the tickets I choose so I found this to be extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary considering that there was no one in line behind us. I ignored the comment and once we got to the ticket counter before even breathing one word to us we were told we could not watch the movie. Although I am 21 years of age and my sister is 16 we were told " I have to be her parent " I asked to speak with the general manager because I didnt understand their policy and was rudely told " hes right over there you can go tell him yourself ! " I again asked her could she please summon her manager and finally she called him over. This didnt do much good because he was just as unprofessional and rude to us as she was. Overall the entire staff including the managers are extremely distasteful and seemed to lack appropriate training and I strongly recommended anyone looking to enjoy a movie with family members to travel a little farther to Savannah or Jacksonville where you will be valued as a customer.
