This is a beautiful lounge with a lot of potential. I did not appreciate the lack of warmth or professionalism by the staff here. Ive been to many skylounges and this one stands out as loud and rude behavior. The bar tender was hollering at someone he knew and using obscene language loudly that could be heard across the skylounge. I didnt feel that it represented Delta very well at all. Pretentious on top of the lack of manners.

Not a fan of the way this club is laid out. Seating is very packed in, all on one level / large open space with no rooms or sections- every spot feels cramped and like you have people sitting at your back. Would rather see a more comfortable space with a slightly smaller capacity. Also for being a "flagship" lounge it doesnt seem any better or different than the rest. Bar staff very friendly and nice however.

Dirty worn out furniture you dont want to sit on. Food area cramped and people knock you down. Food selection sucks, same things every time you visit a sky club. Just a couple things to chose from and the are all picked over. The club on the E concourse has an amazing spread, guess people flying out of the other concourses dont rate the better service.

This Club has been remodeled and is larger than before. I find it quite nice - a huge improvement on the old Club. Its now hard to say which I like more, this Club or the F gates Club (international terminal). Love the artwork here. Always happy to be able to eat vegetables and have free water and a clean restroom. Fair amount of plugs/outlets.

This newly renovated Sky Club is a welcome retreat from the chaos of the main terminal network. There is ample seating, but no real quiet areas like some of the other Sky Clubs. The capacity to bathroom ratio is not ideal, but this is true of most of the other Sky Clubs. Overall well done Delta.

What a savior during recent weather debacle. Could use greater wifi bandwidth as everyone trying to get work done was crawl speed. Good snacks - - eat meevel. Packed but seating was available. Took long time to get in due one in one out polic

Deltas sky Club on Concourse B is so much better than the others. Very roomy and although there are probably 400 people in here you dont feel the crush. Great food and the bar is well stocked. All the seats have power for your multiple devices.

A schedule never waited for me is supposed to be at 10:15 departure from Atlanta, flght #DL597 its now 10:50pm making me late to Houston and making me miss my car rental, that close at 11:59pm. NOT HAPPY! !

Rather busy club. I like that it is self serve soda so you dont have to wait forever at the bar. The issue is, like many clubs, the wifi is so slow. Almost unusable at times.

Good lounge in the otherwise extremely crowded concourse B in Atlanta. Depending on the time, the lounge can get quite crowded but otherwise the lounge is quite spacious.

Had a 10 hour flite from rome and my wife and i were very hot the entire flite the ac for our 2 seats did not work i tried to get help from flight crew they did nothing

As far as business lounges go in America, this one isnt too bad. Way better than Orlando. They have a long bar with 3 TVs for sports. Its a good looking space.

Typical sky club. Do wish there were more rest friendly areas. Better seating, dimmer lighting and quieter. But by far better than being in the terminal.

We had a 3 hour layover and this was a game changer. Good snacks and beverages and the seating is great with every seat having a plugin and free WiFi.
