I am rating the entertainment, because the Kravis Center facility, is 5 Star- just to be clear. I hated it. Jackie Mason, might have funny in his day, but he mumbles, he talks fast, and even though I had orchestra, $90 seats, with a great view, I could barely understand him. I left at half time. I guess I am not suited for comedians, as the last comic standing was not great. I purchased the broadway series as well, hated the Blue Man Group, did not enjoy 42nd street. I really hope I like the Motown musical. The Venue however, (Kravis Center) is EXTREMELY well organized. An enchanting evening out. VALET is the best I have EVER seen, anywhere for the volume of people. Your internal staff is extremely professional. I cant say enough about the really amazing organization. I guess I have had a big string of bad luck on the entertainment I have chosen. But I do want to give it a chance to make it up to me. I LOVE Motown Music, so if that disappoints, then I guess I am hopeless in enjoying the arts.

I came here a few years ago with some High Schools students for extra credit for English class. The venue is high class; you need to wear dress shirt, dress pants and shoes, nothing casual wear. I like to be dressy so it didnt really bother me. The play that we watched (it was Opera) was decent, the chairs/seats you sit in during the play are some what comfortable, the ushers/staff are friendly and helpful. But on the other hand the break/s that you have during the play are pricey if you need something to munch on. I wasnt hungry hungry, so I just wanted a little snack to munch on because the play had like another hour. So I bought candy and it was like 2 dollars for a Snickers bar... What? Other than that, I never went to an Opera before nor the Kravis Center in general. The experience was amazing. But something needs to change about the snacks (or at least let people bring in food, and only eat it outside of the theater room).

What a fantastic venue! This (2012) May I enjoyed Les Miserables at Kravis Center and had a great time. The theater is quite modern with very comfortable seating and extraordinarily easy access from Interstate 95 or US Highway 1 near downtown West Palm Beach. The staff and volunteers are friendly as well as helpful. A tremendous perk is that the parking garage is free. If you want to make a great evening when seeing a show, plan to arrive a couple of hours early and park in the Kravis Center garage. Leave your ticket receipt on your windshield to show youre seeing a show there and then go enjoy a stroll, shopping, drinks, or dinner at nearby (literally 1 block east) West Palms City Place. This is what I did, and it made for a wonderful evening. Ive been to numerous theater/performing arts centers in Florida and the Kravis Center is my favorite.

HORRIBLE experience!! My mother, sister and I saw Spamalot. Seats were terrible. No warning that the "Stage" is flat on the floor. We, literally, could not see anything due to the rows in front of us and spent the entire play craning our necks from one side to the other. I am tall so height makes no difference. Left with a headache and sore neck. We tried to see the seats weeks prior to the show but were told that no one was allowed in the theater. We told the guide at the show that we could not see but they did not move us. Management offered NOTHING. We paid money to see a show and received nothing in return. I would NEVER recommend this venue to anyone. I would give them NO stars if I could!

Its always nice to attend a Kravis Center event. Ample parking, beautiful surroundings, top talent and fun are all part of the Kravis package. At intermission you will pay a good price for cocktails. There is now a new app that users can order their intermission beverages and the libations are waiting for pick up. Ill try that next time because this time we queued and got a cup of wine but had little time to enjoy before intermission was over. BTW We attended Pink Martini, the fabulous group from Portland Oregon with pianist and band leader Thomas Lauderdale featuring China Forbes amazing vocals. Awesome evening at the Kravis Center.

I left some coins in the center console that I use for tips. About $70 of dollar coins [2 1/2 roles] were stolen on Feb. 3, 2014 in the evening, apparently by the valets In addition, someone slept in my car and left a blanket behind. This is not the first time that the valets slept in my EQUUS. About a month ago, the valets could, not find my car because someone moved it and was sleeping in it.. I will no longer give tips to the drivers. Twelve dollars should be enough to valet a car.

Havent even booked my tickets and the lady that answered the phone was SUPER RUDE. I was asking about some seats and I asked if there were any obstructions and she snarled "there are no seats here with obstructions" - then I simply asked if a 2 yr old requires a paid ticket and she sarcastically responds - "youre bring a 2 year old to sound of music??" i felt like saying - what is it to you, lady?! UGH nasty

Help the parking... Not easy and you take your life in your hands with all the seniors backing in and hitting cars. No joke.... Also the current block off on the ground level the valet parking has done is very dangerous. You have to do this up and back to turn around and the parking is angles do not coincide to getting out the other way. Really really dangerous and idiotic.

Great shows and the people working there was very nice. Parking can be a bit tricky but its free! I did wish they would have more artists and shows for the younger 25-35 crowd as I thought their upcoming performances is geared towards the older generation. That is just me though. The inside is very lovely and Im so happy to have seen Les Miserables, I had a great time!

Beautiful theatre with an amazing looking architecture. The staff was humble and helpful which was absolutely great to see. The event I attended welcome a huge crowd of guess to the Kravis center and with out the staff seating would have been a nightmare. Parking was a breeze and free but they offer $15 VIP option. I can wait to attend another event soon

This is a cool place to hang out and the shows are excellent. Not up to the Broadway standard, but really the best cultural experience in WPB. The time before shows and during intermissions are extremely boring. How about a little jazz piano during these times to give this place some real class? It really wouldnt cost that much, cheapskates.
