The venue is beautiful and was perfect for our wedding. The staff was very helpful with any questions and assistance needed. They are very friendly. HOWEVER, my big complaint is that the contract states they will refund the $1,000 deposit within 4 weeks, by which they do not abide. After 7 weeks I contacted them because I still hadnt received my deposit and I didnt hear back until 8 weeks. They informed it would be sent that week. 2 weeks later I still hadnt received it, so I called again and I was given excuses and told they would mail it that week. Now its been over 3 months and I still havent received the check. I called again today and they said it was sent yesterday (how convenient). I am not one to complain, but this to me is absolutely ridiculous, and Ive been more than nice and patient. If I were to have been late on a payment Im sure I would have been charged late fees or given problems. However, its no big deal to them to pay you a few months later than they agreed to. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and Im very disappointed in how this situation was handled.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Me and my girlfriend got a tour of the little old Cuban homes that are next to the museum which was interesting. I cant remember the gentlemans name now but he was very helpful and it was very nice of him to take us round the little homes even though it was just me and my girlfriend. Thank you!

It was a small museum showcasing the history of Ybor City and the history of the cigar industry. I really enjoyed it and so did my children. It was an enjoyable experience.The staff were so friendly, including the cleaning lady she suggested for us to take our children to the childrens museum.

Ybor (Pronounced as Yeebor) is one beautiful place near Tampa! It was built from scratch by people from different nations, this place carries rich history, which one must know when you visit the place. Do not miss this museum and the guided tour.

Who knew how much their was to learn about Ybor! $4/ per person seemed a little steep for such a small museum but we learned we didnt even get to the preserved home. Plus, the money goes to better our state so, not that bad of an investment!

Nice staff at the place. Video there was 20 minutes. Nice little tidbits about the development of Ybor. Cheap to go into also. If you are into the history of Ybor. It is a nice place to go. Will not take too long to do either.

A little gem of a museum! Miss Kati was a wonderful guide and storyteller, not only about the early cigar factories, but the Cuban immigrant experience. Highly recommended.
